Perfect for families or groups of friends, there's plenty to do just staying in, but it is also a great base for exploring the beautiful Vienne and Charente.

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

The Cottage is perfect for a back to nature holiday- but with a private Pool and Hot Tub. Peace and Tranquility-perfect for a couple to relax and enjoy Rural France. There are no other guests on the property. There are beautiful walks on the doorstep with a Medieval Millhouse on the Charente river 300 metres away and chemins stretching for miles around the area. The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.

Whether you are a couple, with family or on a business trip, this apartment will make you have a pleasant stay. It consists of a double bedroom and a single bedroom equipped with a changing table. In the living room you will find the table where you can savor the dishes cooked in the equipped kitchen located next door. In the cupboards, you will find enough to keep young and old busy with board games etc. The accommodation is equipped with fiber optic internet, Wi-Fi is free.

This charming and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families wanting to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.
