Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Die Ferienwohnung ist in einer 120 Jahre alten Backstein-Remise. Sie hat freien Blick nach Süden ins Havelland. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Wohnküche mit Schlafsofa, Terrasse und eigenem Garten. Im ersten Stock das Schlafzimmer, ein Balkon mit Panoramablick und das Badezimmer mit einladender Dusche. Fläche (ohne Aussenanlagen): 40qm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen. Das anliegende Loft (45 qm) kann dazu gemietet werden. Dort können 3 weitere Personen unterkommen.

Relaxing tranquility and a jump from the houseboat directly into the water. On the lower terrace, you can eat, chill, and read. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch the sunset. Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.
