Vicky and Tarcisio wanted to create the B&B - Vi.Ta. for their strong sense of hospitality and for the desire to make the beauty of the island known to curious and traveling tourists. Located on the beautiful bay of Chiaiozza, the B&B is just 300 meters from the marina of Chiaiolella with its restaurants, shops and the waterfront promenade C. Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

The studio overlooks Marina Corricella, 'Borgo dei Pescatori' in Procida, an enchanting and Silentitious place, sometimes a film set, a tourist destination. It is only 800 metres from the beach a. feet or 200 metres if you travel by boat or (URL HIDDEN) studio apartment you will like for the location that promotes intimacy with the sea. You'll feel the sea inside! My place is great for couples, lonely adventurers, and business travelers. To access the studio you have to take 3 flights of stairs.

Amerai il mio alloggio per la terrazza con meravigliosa vista mare, su Capri ed il Vesuvio. WiFi, lavatrice. Alloggio adatto a coppie, viaggiatori solitari, famiglie. Consigliato a chi ama l'atmosfera di antico e non cerca i confort di un loft domotico. Sulla terrazza possono esserci uccelli, insetti, gechi. Angolo cactus. Arredato con mobili antichi. Non c'è TV ed alexa.

Two rooms overlooking the sea

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Chiaia beach is reachable by feet (20min) or by taxi boat service. In the spring/summer passengers transport by hydrofoil from Sorrento to Procida are active

The apartment is within walking distance of the sea, Chiaiolella beach, where you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset!Nearby there are all the main services from the restaurant to the supermarket and many other small shops. The house is also very well connected with all other areas of the island. My listing is suitable for couples, sole adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets).
