Columbus where the beaches are located. But those who love tranquility can go down to the rocks below the house and to the sea directly from our private descent.

The newly-builted 40m2 home is located in Marina Corricella, a pedestrian area easily reachable, 7mt from the sea. To reach the house, there are 2 sets of staircases for a total of 30 steps. From the small terrace you can overlook the arrival of fishermen' boats. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, icecream shops and local handicraft shops. Casa Procidana as it used to be, in the center of the large marina, where it overlooks a wonderful view that goes from miseno head to lighthouse tip. The apartment retains all the characteristics of the Procidane dwellings of the past, so you can identify yourself in a historical place on the island.
