Beachfront holiday rental in Province of Ancona

Francesco is a very helpful person and tried to best satisfy our requests, such as the barbecue. We were welcomed by a wonderful and very communicative person. Very good location and in the middle of the fields for those looking for tranquility

We were happy with the spacious apartment. The second bedroom is also a living room. That can be seen in the photos, but we had not realized that. Falconara itself was a bit disappointing, but Ancona and Senigallia were very nice to visit. Maria Rosaria is very friendly and communicative, even though she was not there herself. That was no problem at all because she always responds quickly.

Very welcoming apartment, with a wonderful view of the sea. Francesco is very kind and available to share information about the place. If we go back to the parts of Senigallia we will definitely come back here:)

Roberto and Gigliola are two very attentive and considerate hosts. We felt at home right away! The apartment is of excellent size, well arranged and very comfortable both inside and out. The beach and the sea, visible from the terrace from which we ate our meals, are a step away from the courtyard! Roberto provided us with bicycles to get around comfortably, Gigliola offered us the vegetables and herbs from her garden! all absolutely not necessary and much appreciated. we will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I felt welcomed and had a really great time, like at home, the place is beautiful, pleasant and quiet. I highly recommend it. The house is very clean and even without air conditioning it is cool due to its location, despite the small climb is a short walk from the sea, and , if the climb you do not want to take a bus you can find🙃! again, thank you Domenico and Pamela.

We highly recommend this apartment! Simone is incredibly friendly, hospitable, and very flexible — a truly kind and helpful host who made us feel at home right away. The apartment is excellent: spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with everything you could need, which was especially important for us as we were traveling with a small child. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the supermarket, bus stop, and the beach. It’s also a great base for visiting beautiful places like Sirolo, Numana, and the surrounding area. The sea is wonderful, and we had a really great time. We spent ten relaxing days here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Excellent location, facing the sea, but far from the traffic of the town center. Convenient supermarket a stone's throw away, and a wide choice of restaurants for dinner in the evening. recommended for those who love tranquility.

Apartment not very big but very nice, equipped with everything and located in a very nice village. The house has a large and well-kept garden with a much appreciated outdoor shower. Free and equipped beach at about 10/15 minutes walk (otherwise the car is needed). Marco is kind and available with tips and information. It would only need wifi ...unfortunately we with Wind had absolutely no line in the house (but also in many other areas of Conero). Highly recommended!

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

Well-maintained apartment, clean and in a great location.

An unforgettable experience: the swimming pool, the tennis courts, the view from the balcony (from which you can see the beautiful sunset, together with the cathedral of Loreto), the nearby beaches... Then the sofa bed seemed particularly comfortable to me. The staff is really kind and thoughtful, just like the owner.

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay. The hosts were very helpful. Made recommendations for trips and responded very quickly. The place was older date, but fine working. Lovely air conditioning. Lovely large pool with sun beds. Nice view of the water. And short walk to beach and town. The parking stall is very small.

We booked at the last minute, without too many expectations... we just needed to get away for a while and wanted to go to the sea. From the photos, I imagined that the beach was close, but in reality, it's right outside the window! The place is very quiet and the apartment is modern with a relaxing holiday atmosphere. We spent the days at the beach and went home to eat, super practical. Although the hosts, Kat and Riccardo, had suggested a pizza restaurant near the house and a chalet for breakfast, we only stopped for a drink at sunset. We will definitely be back and try those too😍. Fifteen day vacation spent in the best way, very friendly maximum, very bright and clean apartment with sea view. Everything as advertised in the listing. Car parking under the house and the sea right on the doorstep. To go back to.

The place perfectly matched the photos and description provided. It turned out to be an extremely comfortable accommodation from the point of view of proximity to the beach (with small children, fundamental!) and functional regarding the accommodation itself. The apartment was well-stocked and clean, and the host, Kyra, was kind, available and active both during booking, and before arrival and departure. Highly recommended for families and those who want to enjoy the sea and the beach in a quiet area.

Roberto welcomed us on time and friendly from the start , also giving us tips on how to make the most of the surroundings. Accurate and punctual ,always available. Accommodation as described and beyond expectations ,all very clean and accurate . Everything made our stay top for a week of relaxation . Bikes are available to move better and quiet location. We would definitely go back!!

Apartment within walking distance of the sea, adjacent to the bike path, serviced area. The condominium is tidy and clean, although not up to the standards of the apartment's interiors, which are well renovated and equipped with all amenities. The railroad is nearby but negligible given the quality of the windows... I would say imperceptible. We were really comfortable. Stefania is kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Mirco was a great host. When we arrived. He showed us where we could get some groceries and the best Gelato (IL GELATO) and answered any questions with the help of an english speaking friend. Any problems Mirco would come out and help It is worth hiring a bike to get about the town. Excellent restaurants especially Da Cesare . Mirco was easy to get hold of . Polite and helpful. The apartment was clean and tidy, and close to the town centre and other amenities. I would defintiely go back. Thanks Mirco for making our stay great.
