My sister and I gave my parents this stay for their anniversary and they were fully satisfied. They found the house very clean and tidy, it perfectly matched the photos and also the location, practically on the sea. Too bad it's already booked in the summer, otherwise they'd be happy to come back, who knows for next year. Highly recommended

The host paris, an exquisite and affable person, made my parents feel the owners. A fabulous welcome with an aperitif Entrée. Immediately ready to resolve the only small hitch that was resolved in a short time in a week, where they were his guests. Great location to reach the beach on foot, with the comfort of being able to park your car in the garage. The girdino for great dinners outdoors. They're already looking forward to coming back.

The apartment is located in the promenade, on the pedestrian and bike path, in front of the beach. Perfect for walks and bike rides. A stone's throw from restaurants and close to downtown. It is equipped with everything, cleaning products, bicycles (2 adults and 1 child), umbrella with beach chairs. Communicating with Sabine is simple, and then for check-in there is Michela, her assistant, a very nice and kind girl, who was very helpful on the spot. I highly recommend Sabine's apartment for a stay in Cupramaritima. Feels like home.

The appartment of Orietta is perfect located just acroos the street to the beach. It is very clean and you have a great view from the balcony to the sea and over Grotammare. For family with kids we can fully recommend Oriettas appartment.

We stayed with Maria Rita for a week. She is a very likeable hostess. The apartment is very spacious. Practical detail: two toilets! The bathroom has a large window. The rooms are bright and have high ceilings. There are no curtains and mosquito nets in the apartment (except in the kitchen). Therefore, you always have to lower the shutters if you do not want to be seen from the outside. For us, it was not a problem, as the other apartments were not occupied and there were not many mosquitoes at the end of September. The modern (and quiet) washing machine is also practical. You quickly get used to the train that passes behind the house. The windows are well insulated. The garden is large and you can find nice seats. Cars and bicycles can be parked safely, as the whole property is surrounded by a high fence. All in all, a very nice stay. We will be happy to come back!

Perfect location and apartment, the fifth floor is very ventilated. The large balcony allows you to enjoy a glimpse of the sea. Next to the house, everything is close to both the sea and the center. The equipped kitchen and washing machine were essential for us who, having a young child, were able to use it at home! Manuela was an impeccable host even remotely! If you want to rest Grottammare, it's the right place! We'll be back!

Small and charming apartment 2 steps from the sea! The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and has a beautiful view of the sea. Quiet area, bike path under the house. The host was always very helpful and prompt in his responses. Certainly recommended.

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Beautiful apartment, my time there was very comfortable. Veronica was very welcoming and gave a lot of local recommendations. The town is small so everything is nearby. No need to look for another place when I visit Grottammare again (I hope I will).

I stayed with 3 friends during the week of August as a guest from Massimo. Very nice apartment, equipped with the right comforts for the context, such as air conditioning and fan shovels in the 2 bedrooms (one with bathroom), with large common spaces, especially the outdoor terrace! Very important service offered by Massimo is the supply of bicycles, especially useful to get to the village center, not to get to the beach ( for that, just leave the apartment, 50 meters and you are there). Massimo was a perfect host, not at all intrusive and very kind! If I need to stay in San Benedetto again, it will be the first search I will do!

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

Small apartment but very clean and located in a strategic position. A stone's throw from the sea, and convenient to reach restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets , pharmacies. Ilaria and Cinzia have always been very helpful, kind and giving us a lot of useful information about the place. We recommend it for your stay in San Benedetto del Tronto.

Highly recommend Luca and his apartment Luca was a great host, replying very quickly! Loved the apartment, such a good spot for what I wanted; 15mins walk into town, near an amazing gelateria and 3mins to the beach! Lots of coffee bars, bars and restaurants dotted around too! 2-3mins walk. The new kitchen is good size and the hob works great - I didn't use oven but looked brand new. I really liked the large balcony, with plants all around. The building was very quiet, I slept like a baby. I'll be back in the summer for sure (October was a little too cold) thanks again
