The apartment was very clean, tidy and as described, complete with everything you need. Very close to the beach and in a great position, access was easy and Chiara was very friendly and helpful.

The owner is also always available to leave his luggage at check-in. They were quick to respond to the required formations and booking stages. Spacious and clean apartment.

I can say that I am satisfied both as an apartment ( small but well equipped) and as an area where it was put. The very professional guest.

Veronica's place is really delicious: close to the beach (indeed on the beach), away from the chaos, next to a walk in the middle of nature (the Sentina). I find the apartment to be the perfect destination for families with young children as it has a playground and fine sand beach, sea with fringed barriers, low water and hot in the summer. You must have a bike to move easily and reach the center of San Benedetto (4 km) in about twenty minutes via a very comfortable bike path and all the places of refreshment such as supermarkets, fryers, rotisseries, pizzerias and ice cream shops. I would also recommend the apartment to lovers of surfing, windsurfing and kite surfing as the beach below are sports practiced every day. Every opportunity was good to take advantage of that beautiful terrace: breakfast lunch, dinner, aperitif, snack reading... looking at the sea and the hills all the time.

Small apartment but very clean and located in a strategic position. A stone's throw from the sea, and convenient to reach restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets , pharmacies. Ilaria and Cinzia have always been very helpful, kind and giving us a lot of useful information about the place. We recommend it for your stay in San Benedetto del Tronto.

Everything was perfect. A very warm and welcoming home, with small details that make every return a pleasure. The location is great, small market near the house, an absolute advantage is the garage for the car. Thanks again to Barbara for the thought she had in welcoming us and the care she gave us throughout the stay. We'll be back, absolutely!

The apartment is located very close to the beach, 5 min walking. We found inside everything what we needed, we really had a nice summer holiday with a lot of things around. Great location and we hope to comeback.

Davide's house is complete with everything, it is located in the center of San Benedetto, in a location from which it is easy to reach the main attractions of the city. Davide welcomed us with kindness and cordiality, helping us in everything. Beautiful accommodation, very nice host and beautiful San Benedetto!

The apartment is located in the promenade, on the pedestrian and bike path, in front of the beach. Perfect for walks and bike rides. A stone's throw from restaurants and close to downtown. It is equipped with everything, cleaning products, bicycles (2 adults and 1 child), umbrella with beach chairs. Communicating with Sabine is simple, and then for check-in there is Michela, her assistant, a very nice and kind girl, who was very helpful on the spot. I highly recommend Sabine's apartment for a stay in Cupramaritima. Feels like home.

A tidy cozy apartment is an immediate yard, convenient for parking. To reach the Jura in a few minutes after crossing the street through the tunnel. Sounds can be heard from the train and by car as is budding for those towns but hear the first days of getting used to it later. I loved getting back.

Diego was truly exceptional, he immediately responded to all our needs. Kind and helpful. He made us find the apartment tidy and extremely clean. Bathroom, kitchen, and extra clean rooms. The apartment is a few meters from the sea. There is a small grocery store within walking distance and two supermarkets nearby. Diego made us feel at home. Very positive experience

What an absolutely brilliant place to stay, right in the centre of Grottammare. The apartment looked brand new, it’s very spacious for a couple and has everything you might need from a fully equipped kitchen, a proper espresso machine and even a washer and drier. We were very warmly welcomed and the local wine was a nice touch. It’s perfectly positioned to enjoy all that Grottammare has to offer but despite being central noise is no problem with the windows closed and there’s AC if you need. Would 100% stay again as it was great.

As soon as we arrived, Tiziana welcomed us with remarkable professionalism, friendliness and simplicity. It felt like talking as if we'd known each other forever! Upon entering the apartment, we realized that what was described on the site was real. Particular emphasis on the extreme cleanliness and functionality of the furniture and furnishings available. The location of the apartment is enviable and strategic. To this must be added Tiziana's extreme availability for advice and/or various indications. Highly recommended
