Villa holiday rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

A thoughtfully renovated house in the heart of a small town in the Marche. Charming place and well-kept house with a garden and Breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Patrizia and her husband welcomed us with a big hug, explaining in particular all the comforts of the house. The garden and its fresh lemons taken from its plants is perhaps the strongest piece of this fabulous property. For those who think about working while on vacation, the Wi-Fi is very weak and sometimes not working at all.

I just spent four wonderful days at Villa Arzilla, totally immersed in nature, silence and peace. The house is beautiful and surrounded by a large garden. There is everything you need, the kitchen is very well stocked, a nice fireplace, books, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. The view of the hills and mountains is magnificent...the Villa offers gentle awakenings and evocative sunsets. Mrs. Sandra was very nice and approachable, she gave me and my dog four days of pure wellness.

The house is nestled in the green of the woods, very nice spaces and spacious rooms..! The Host was followed by the caretaker Giulio who was very helpful and kind. We were a group of 9 people and we had a great time!

We stayed at Maria Cristina's villa with our family (6 adults and 2 boys). Ample indoor and outdoor living spaces that allow you to relax in perfect comfort. The house is equipped with every comfort, nothing is missing! The villa enjoys a great view from the terraces and a large outdoor property where it seems to be in a very relaxing farm. The house is 10 minutes by car from the sea and supermarkets, but it's worth it! Helpful host and excellent communication. Recommended!

The house can be reached on foot via a steep street. You can't get there by car, but you only have to walk about 100 m to get there. Big advantage is that there are no cars at your doorstep and it is wonderfully quiet i. That's definitely nice if you sit outside and enjoy the garden that goes up in height (several terraces). The house has all the comforts. Very nice that there are several bathrooms and the bedrooms are all spacious. The living room is not very large, but certainly not small. The kitchen is not that big, but has everything you could need From the house you can walk into the old part of town, where you imagine yourself a few centuries back in time. This part should be viewed both in the evening and during the day. The town has all the necessary amenities (restaurants, supermarket, cafe, etc.). Christine is enthusiastic and always and usually responds quickly. Her responses are extensive, which gives a engaged and reliable feel.

Luisa and Paulo made it possible for us to have a wonderful vacation, the house is really very large and quietly located, the surroundings very quiet and at the same time everything quickly accessible, unfortunately only by car. Apart from the beautiful beaches, we did a lot in the area during the time, even a visit to Rome was still in it, I would definitely maybe come back in the next few years, Regards Family Hanie

Nietta and Marvi are available and very kind, while the apartment is large and of a rare beauty: among the antique furniture and the frescoed ceilings you are catapulted back in time for a few decades. Super recommended

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

What a fantastic place to stay. House is amazing and the pool is far bigger than most properties we have stayed at. Local area has lots to go and effortless to get to the beach or Rome etc. host couldn’t do enough for us but also left us in peace. Great value and will definitely be booking again.

House in a great location to enjoy the sea and the hinterland. Equipped for every need. Paola was friendly and quick to respond and always available.

Our stay at Marcia’s place was fantastic! The house provided us with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool opened in june and was always clean and fresh since Marcia’s dad cleaned it every morning. Marcia is very helpful with things worth seeing in the area!

The villa was absolutely gorgeous! Cristiano was a very helpful host with local recommendations and being very responsive. The pool and gardens were beautiful. Our eight month crawled up his first set of stairs while there - will be a memory that stays with us. Also there was an excellent music collection you could play and a beautiful kitchen to cook in!

Excellent typical heart-shaped grandmother's cake that we found on our arrival, excellent mulled wine, fantastic swimming pool, the rooster's alarm clock led us every morning to a rural and relaxing life... a breathtaking view of the village and mountains and a spectacular orchard. The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

We stayed at the property for a week feeling at home. The villa is beautiful, strategically positioned, has allowed us to have the maximum privacy and at the same time access the amenities in an easy way. Inhabitants of Santa Vittoria, friendly, very good and professional. The pool is a must-have to make this slice of paradise complete. Thank you to Ragnar and Neil for your support. A week of true relaxation! The house is very cozy, familiar and super well-stocked. The place is wonderful! Bathing with a view of the Sibillini mountains, unparalleled! Excellent location to disconnect from everything. Caterina is very helpful and flexible. We would definitely like to return to the period of flowering of the sunflowers! Highly recommended!

Giovanni Andrea is a very helpful host and attentive to the needs of guests. The home is great for large families or groups of friends. The view from the pool is beautiful. Well, what else to say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
