After many hours by car, we enjoyed the environment and the calm of the apartment. We spent a restful night there in comfortable bedding and recommend the address to future guests.

My family and I stayed in Bruno's house for 12 days, and it was one of the most beautiful homes I've ever booked on Airbnb. Bruno is a very kind host, he welcomed us as soon as we arrived in Grottammare, anticipating the check-in and making us find the house immediately ready. During the stay he gave us useful tips on where to eat and what to see. The apartment is very nice and is 10 steps from the sea. On the waterfront there are many establishments and you are spoiled for choice on where to get umbrellas with sunbeds but there is also a lot of free beach. The house is ideal for those with children because it is spacious and has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The 2 bedrooms are very spacious and the bathroom has a nice shower. The kitchen and living room are spacious and the patio is perfect for sunbathing. In conclusion, the house and Bruno are a 10.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 days, very clean accommodation, beautiful house, remarkable spaces. The owner's availability to recommend places to visit and places to eat was timely, friendly always available. The accommodation is in a quiet and optimal location to reach any tourist city in up to 15 minutes.

We had a fantastic stay in San Benedetto del Tronto. The location of this apartment is fantastic and we really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach in under a minute. Our boys really loved having the outside space and Marco was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean apartment, recently renovated, equipped with everything you need and even something more... Quiet area with reserved outdoor parking and nearby amenities such as a bar, ATM, tobacco shop and supermarket. The sea is about 600m away, crossing the provincial road and the railway underpass, to the center about 1km, while to the historic village 1.5km. Maria is a welcoming host and available for every need, she also provided us with 2 touring bikes that can be used on the cycle path between Cupra and San Benedetto. Highly recommended!

Dream holiday in San Benedetto del Tronto. We have just returned from a week's vacation spent in the Perla d'Amare Apartments in San Benedetto del Tronto and I can only congratulate the owners of the property! From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, helping us to settle into the apartment we had booked. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and cared for in the smallest details. The price also includes the beach service with an umbrella and two sun loungers. The location of the apartments is fantastic, a few steps from the promenade and the beaches, but also far enough away from the chaos of the city to guarantee a quiet stay. During our stay, we appreciated the cleanliness and constant maintenance of the apartment. Excellent value for money and highly recommended! The area is full of restaurants and shops, and the apartment staff gave us useful tips on what to see and do in the area.

Enjoyed our stay in a lovely traditional farmhouse in a beautiful location. A warm greeting and fantastic time had by all!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

The cottage in the woods - Rustico Ceppino - we can say that it is truly a lovely place. Immersed in nature, but still close to essential services. Charming for the silence and peace it conveys... you can only hear the sound of birds and the leaves of the trees moving in the wind. Perfect accommodation also for our dog who ran around the fenced garden hunting for lizards, for the pool that welcomed us in moments of relaxation, entertaining our 6-year-old son a lot and finally for the bbq that allowed us to grill kebabs at will. Roberto is a very helpful and courteous person. The house has everything, even board games that we used to play in the evenings under the porch. For our first vacation in Abruzzo, we can only say that we will definitely return. Everything perfect! Thanks Roberto. ☺️

It is a beautiful and well-maintained house. Many accommodations do not understand that it is actually quite simple to make people happy, namely ensuring a clean house, kitchen with all the stuff, equipment, etc. you need, good shower, nice terrace. Everything was right with Fiona. The reception was very neat by Thomas. The house is very spacious, a very large kitchen, a lot of practical things are already in stock and you can use them. The swimming pool (we were there in May) was already fully up and running and at temperature. It was very nice that there was a fence around it so that the small children could not just reach it. The WiFi was also ideal, I was actually able to do a number of work-related video calls there. Anyway, just a house with high standards, large (covered) terrace, nice in the shade.

Amazing experience! The place is very nice with a beautiful background on the valley, the structure and the farmhouse are really beautiful and very well cared for, from the pool to the hydromassage square, the apartment on this farmhouse has been renovated with the same rustic style but with style and great attention to detail. What about Rossana and her family, always very kind and available with tips on any activity you want to do. My family and I had a great time and had a great time. We'll definitely be back

we found ourselves in front of a warm welcome, the hosts were kind and super helpful. The house is equipped with every comfort, from the TV to the well-equipped kitchen and the perfect outdoor patio for relaxing but also with a certain usefulness (outdoor shower, washing machine and clothesline). The only notes I feel like making is the lack of air conditioning - which, however, is handled well thanks to the provision of several fans - and the lack of a window in one of the two rooms, or rather there is the window, but it is in the bathroom in the room and if the bathroom door is closed, the room is empty and a littlesuffocating in my opinion. While I particularly appreciated the shower in the suite, which is very comfortable and the cleanliness of the entire house was really impeccably and meticulously. Ultimately, it was a pleasant discovery and I recommend it especially for two couples of friends.

What a wonderful, peaceful place. The property has everything you need and decorated with style. Outside you are surrounded by flowers. We shall miss having our breakfast overlooking the stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and listening to all the birdsong, or watching the sun go down at the end of the day. It’s a great location for exploring most areas of the Sibillini national park or for popping into Ascoli Piceno. Dori is the perfect host: very welcoming, thoughtful and attentive. She warned us of a road closure and booked us a table at the local restaurant. We aso met the owners who were delightful.

The apartment is beautifully situated in a big garden with great big pool. Cecilia is a fantastic host. She takes care of her guests and is always very reserved. The equipment of the apartment is perfect, the rooms large and very tastefully decorated. There were four of us and that was a great fit. The area is not only perfect for hiking but also for mountain and gravel bikers.

The accommodation was very large and super equipped (towels, coffee machine, dishes, etc.). In one of the rooms there is a bunk bed and these two beds are not particularly comfortable, but the other room is really great. The location to the beach is really great and we felt very comfortable.
