A large apartment within walking distance of the town centre. We had a lovely stay and the garden was perfect for our dog. The apartment was clean with off road parking. Great location for exploring the area and the bonus was a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Raffaella is a friendly person, present and active but never intrusive. If you have any questions, you can count on her. He left us twice the sweets made by his mother and once the melon, already cleaned and cut behind the door, letting us know that we would find it there. The property information and amenities described are real. To get to the sea you have to walk 15/20 Min, at times in reading climbs, but you know this already before you book. The experience was really positive and in line with the directions you had!!

Great place to stay, we were excited and very satisfied. A big advantage was a separate pool just for us, where we spent undisturbed beautiful moments. Clean, flexible, we can only recommend.

A week-long accommodation, we particularly appreciated Federica's kindness and accuracy, the cleanliness and location of the apartment, close to the center and the beach, the serenity and quiet of the place. For parking you can find free in the market square a few meters away, with a little organization I did not pay a euro.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this house in Italy. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies prepared by our hosts, including a freshly made cake, simply delicious! A delicate touch that set the perfect tone for our stay. The house is superb, perfectly equipped and offers all the comforts necessary for a carefree stay. The setting is exceptional. From the terrace, we were able to enjoy stunning views of the Italian countryside, ideal for unforgettable moments of relaxation. The serenity of the place allowed us to disconnect completely and savor every moment. Our hosts were very available, always ready to answer any questions we had or resolve any concerns. We leave with our hearts filled with wonderful memories and with the certain desire to return. Thanks for the exceptional hospitality.

Staying at home Elsa makes you feel at home. It has everything you need, everything is well organized, nice garden to relax and dine. Unfortunately, I didn't meet Tiziana personally because she was away at that time but she was still present. The location is great for trips in the sibillini.

Alchemilla is a delightful little house in the Sibillini Mountains Park, surrounded by a beautiful garden and with a wonderful view of the mountains. Completely renovated and equipped with all comforts (great WiFi and smart TV to see everything you want) gives you the tranquility of total immersion in nature. The road to get there is a dirt road, but it will improve. Cinzia welcomed us with kindness and we found everything in the house to have a first dinner and breakfast. And by car you can reach wonderful towns and lakes. You can also get to the sea!!

The hostess was very nice and friendly. The house on the whole is clean. Very secluded, we celebrated in peace with music and guests and no one complained. Windows and terraces doors are all on the net. Loved it. We will be happy to come back with the whole family.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

Very cozy house in the middle of silence and nature, kept with care and attention to detail. Ideal for those who love to be in peace and out of the chaos. Host not met but timely and kind in communication. Recommended.

The accommodations were clean and the host (Antonio and his wife) very hospitable. The property is very nice, the surroundings great to enjoy from the patio in the mornings with a coffee or going for a walk. There are lots of great things to see in the general area, and there is also a very good restaurant located on the property open for lunch and dinner.

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

It was a nice apartment, spacious, bright appearance, cool inside with mosquito net was perfect. We could cook inside, but within walking distance and by bike you can also eat very well in the area! We often got fresh pasta and ate delicious pizzas. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes by bike. Location is quiet, we could sleep undisturbed. There was also free parking at the beach. Leonardo was a very friendly, nice host, he gave us tips and responded super quickly when we had questions.

We felt very comfortable. The house is a bit off the beaten path, but it is quiet. You have the entire place to yourself, which was fantastic. The pool and outdoor kitchen are also great. We can only recommend the house and will be happy to come back!

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

Extremely cozy house with every amenity. Equipped with everything. Sabrina and her family are exquisite people, always available, welcoming and ready to solve any kind of problem that may arise. The sea can be reached by car in 15 minutes, but the house is a few minutes from the village of Ripatransone, a gem. Thank you for everything

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall. Claudio was a great host and provided all information we needed and ensured that we were happy throughout stay
