The cottage is cosy and well-kept. It’s located on top of a hill from where you can see the see and the wheat fields all around. Livia is a great host and gave us good recommendations. Definitely worth staying at if peace, quiet and nature are on your list.

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Cercavamo un posto tranquillo dove passare un pó di tempo in completo relax e lo abbiamo trovato. Un paesaggio mozzafiato circonda la proprietà insieme alla calma e alla tranquillità delle colline Marchigiane. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la piscina privata dell’appartamento. Il posto è veramente tranquillo, nessun rumore se non quello della natura. Il casale rimane a una decina di minuti di macchina da tutti i servizi essenziali. Il casale dispone di cucina attrezzata, lenzuola/asciugamani. Nota molto importante la struttura è pet friendly, il mio cagnolino ha potuto godere con noi della vacanza. Ci tenevo a ringraziare Marco che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e ci ha lasciato preziosi consigli per orientarci in zona. Graditissima anche la torta che ci ha fatto trovare al nostro arrivo. Speriamo di tornare presto! Ancora grazie ❤️

Wonderful stay at Katia’s, we are on a bike trip and decided to stop one night there before reaching Norcia. The place is simply amazing, above Accumuli with a wonderful view on all the mountain surrounding. Comfortable stay, warm and lovely welcome by Katia and all her family. Highly recommend to take advantage of their home made products, everything was delicious. Definitely a real and authentic experience, worth doing!!!

Almost 200 year old house, you can live in an ethnographical museum - but renovated. However it is hot in the sleeping rooms under the roof during a heat wave. Luckily there are two big fans (it would be great to have a third one for the third room) and a swimming pool to cool down. It is very calm, nice surroundings; there is a very good and cheap pizzeria close in Montottone; ideal place to relax.

Das Haus und das Gelände ist wunderschön und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Wir haben uns vor allem an den verschiedenen Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände (Tische, Liegen, Sitzgruppe und Hängematten) sehr wohl gefühlt. Tijs war immer für uns ansprechbar, hatte gute Tipps für Ausflüge und hat uns bei der Suche nach einer Werkstatt sehr unterstützt. Die wichtigsten Lebensmittel und Wein kann man vor Ort bekommen. Sehr nette Atmosphäre fast wie Familienanschluss 😊

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

abbiamo trascorso il periodo a cavallo di capodanno affittando tutta la casa in 4 famiglie (con 6 bambini); ci siamo trovati splendidamente, gli alloggi sono curati, forniti di tutto il necessario e con qualche elemento veramente suggestivo (bella veranda, portico panoramico, terrazza meravigliosa, dintorni molto belli, giochi per grandi e bambini, cantina dei vini, ecc). abbiamo condiviso l'ampio salone dell'appartamento al piano terra (cucinando anche ai piani sopra) comodamente in 15 persone con una grande tavolata. Daniela, l'host, era sempre disponibile per richieste, consigli e informazioni. siamo stati fortunati ad aver trovato bel tempo (pranzo dell'1 in maniche corte all'aperto) a gennaio, immaginiamo che in estate deve essere splendido

Si alloggia in una stanza in un agriturismo sulle colline vicino Controguerra. L’affaccio sulle vigne e sul panorama montuoso in lontananza é mozzafiato. L’ospitalità è eccezionale: gli host ci hanno consigliato molti ristoranti nella zona e una lunghissima lista di posti da visitare per tutti i gusti. Ogni volta che abbiamo seguito i loro consigli siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Colazione semplice e genuina, con prodotti freschi e curati.

Casey è stato chiaro fin da subito, mandandoci il manuale preciso e dettagliato su come dovevamo gestire check-in, check-out, lo smaltimento dei rifiuti con tanto di calendario, con le indicazioni precise su come arrivare alla casa; nel manuale c’erano anche consigli su ristoranti in cui cenare, su città da visitare e le spiagge più comode da raggiungere, nonché informazioni riguardo le farmacie e i supermercati più vicini. La casa era a dir poco stupenda, gli appartamenti semplici ma curati, puliti e forniti dell’essenziale. I dintorni offrivano una vista bellissima che dava sulle colline e i vigneti, e il pezzo forte di tutta la casa è stata l’ampia terrazza al piano superiore che dava l’opportunità di cenare al fresco e pranzare in mezzo al verde. Insomma, tutto bellissimo!!

Our stay was amazing! The house, the surroundings, the pool and the views are stunning! Marco, the host, was very friendly and always responded immediately. We were even able to do a wine tasting at the winery down the road! Thank you for an awesome week!

Luoghi spettacolari, alloggio Menta veramente bello, comodo, fresco . I due patii unici, con un panorama stupendo. Host carini e simpatici. Presenti e reattivi alla prima chiamata. Purtroppo mi sarei aspettata magari alcuni accessori in più per la pulizia. La strada per arrivare è piuttosto impegnativa , polverosa e assolutamente non adatta a chi volesse dedicare la sua vacanza al ciclismo da strada. Ma ogni piccolo difetto è ampiamente ripagato dalla pace e dalla serenità del luogo. La piscina è il diamante della location. Andarsene non è stato facile.

Un posto meraviglioso dove trascorrere le proprie vacanze in totale relax. Lorenzo è molto gentile e attento alle esigenze dei suoi ospiti. Consigliatissimo!

We gingen met heel het gezin (2 volwassenen en 2 kindjes) logeren bij Paola en Luca en zouden het iedereen aanraden. Buiten het feit dat de locatie prachtig is, zijn ook Paola en Luca twee warme, aangename, vriendelijke, behulpzame personen. Ze stonden steeds klaar met antwoorden op onze vragen, tips voor bezienswaardigheden, hulp waar nodig... Kortom, de gastvrijheid waar we op voorhand enkel maar van konden dromen. Bovendien produceren ze heerlijke wijnen en werd er een degustatie georganiseerd voor een zeer democratische prijs. Wij zijn alvast van plan om er terug te keren. Grazie Paola e Luca! Ci rivedremo!

Giovanni’s place was wonderful for us. The grounds are beautiful and the pool is lovely. The house was tidy and clean and had all that we needed. Giovanni was very friendly and helpful and shared suggestions for local restaurants and outings. There is no stand up shower, however, and this proved challenging to one of the party as he had a foot injury and could not stand up in the tub. We mention this not as a criticism of the house at all, but just to let others know in case of accessibility issues/needs. We had a wonderful stay!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

Well, I wish we could give this experience 10 stars instead of just 5, because our stay at Le Cana far exceeded every expectation. From the incredible scenery to the first-class and well-appointed apartments to the generous wine-tasting and antipasti, everything hit the perfect note for our family of four. Paola and Luca are the consummate hosts, warm and engaging people who went out of their way to ensure that our experience would be unforgettable. And they succeeded more than they know, not just because of their help making dinner reservations at an excellent local agriturismo or their recommendations for running paths and local towns to visit, but because they truly seem to love what they do and it shows in the relationships they build with the people who are fortunate enough to stay. We hope and expect to return one day soon with our friends, so they can share in the magical experience. We could not recommend this place more -- A plus plus. Grazie mille Paola e Luca!!!! =

We've stayed at dozens of AirBnbs around the world and look for unique stays with a host who lives in the community. Nadia epitomizes how AirBnb should be. We stayed in what was once her grandfather's home and her parents lived across the street. The pride she demonstrated toward her home, the community and this beautiful part of Italy was infectious. She responsive, helpful, speaks excellent English and prepares a delicious locally sourced breakfast. The cheese, honey, and her home made crackers were outstanding. The area is as the other reviewers describe. The Sibillini mountains are a gem. So is Nadia. Visit this lovely area for an authentic countryside experience
