Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Incredibly beautiful place nestled into the mountains. The views are breathtaking and the hosts are so welcoming and kind. Dori is incredibly responsive and helpful. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay. House was incredible. Fabulous views with covered outdoor seating where we started and ended every day. Plenty of room for 3 couples plus roll away bed. Lift super for luggage. Washing machine with dryer racks. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of pots pans utensils dishes etc. Towels and linens provided. Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom upstairs. New to Marche region but with Sergio's help we discovered many wonderful places. His recommendations were spot on! Easy to get around town. Close to supermarket, butcher shop, bakery and cafes. Easy drive to beaches and shopping. Neighboring farmers were very friendly even sharing their just picked grapes! We will definitely return!

Das Haus von Benjamin ist wirklich wunderschön und vor allem war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (ausreichend Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchenutensilien). Die Kommunikation war Benjamin war super und aufgetretene Probleme wurden sofort behoben. Benjamin hat uns zudem tolle Restaurants und Strände empfohlen. Das Haus liegt in absolut ruhiger Alleinlage und hat einen tollen Pool.

Maria Piera ja Pierluigi ottivat meidät erityisen lämpimästi vastaan ja tunsimme itsemme hyvin tervetulleiksi. Pääsimme heti maistamaan heidän erinomaista punaviiniään ja vino cotto:aan. Saimme myös viinirypäleitä ja viikunoita puutarhasta. Talo on tilava ja hyvin varustelu, etenkin pyykinpesumahdollisuudet olivat erityisen hyvät. Puutarha on suuri ja todella kaunis ruusuineen ja oliivi- ja hedelmäpuineen. Sijainti on erinomainen niin Sibilliinen kuin Ascoli Picenonkin suhteen. Mille grazie Maria Piera e Pierluigi!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. La casetta nel bosco -Rustico Ceppino- possiamo dire che è veramente un posto incantevole. Immerso nella natura, ma comunque vicino ai servizi essenziali. Incantevole per il silenzio e la pace che trasmette… si sente solo il rumore degli uccellini e delle foglie degli alberi che si muovono al vento. Alloggio perfetto anche per il nostro cane che scorrazzava nel giardino recintato a caccia di lucertole, per la piscina che nei momenti di relax ci ha accolto, facendo divertire molto nostro figlio di 6 anni e in fine per il bbq che ci ha permesso di grigliare arrosticini a volontà. Roberto persona molto disponibile e cortese. La casa ha tutto, perfino giochi da tavola con i quali passavamo le serate sotto il portico. Per essere stata la nostra prima vacanza in Abruzzo, possiamo solo dire che sicuramente torneremo. Tutto perfetto! Grazie Roberto. ☺️

L’alloggio del signor Fabio si è rivelato perfetto per le nostre esigenze di spostarci con l’auto tra Marche e Umbria con le nostre famiglie (che includono 4 bimbi). Gli spazi sono davvero ampi e confortevoli ed è presente tutto ciò che serve con alcuni extra piacevolissimi (tavolo da Ping pong e calcio balilla). L’accoglienza è stata resa perfetta dalla signora Liana che ci ha spiegato tutto chiaramente, si è mostrata sempre disponibile ed ha risolto brillantemente un inconveniente verificatosi con la caldaia. Facile da raggiungere, in posizione riservata ma non isolata e con parcheggio privato davanti all’ingresso. Super consigliato.

Magnifica casa immersa nel verde, proprio quello di cui avevamo bisogno, cucina ben attrezzata per cucinare, c'è tutto il necessario. Grazie!

Mondomini is een oase aan de kust. Midden tussen de eeuwenoude olijfbomen ligt het fijne koele appartement van de zeer vriendelijke eigenaren Livia en Stephano. Je kunt heerlijk relaxen in de patio of genieten van de zee op het terras. De combinatie van luxe en authentieke elementen voelt fijn en comfortabel. De slaapkamer is voorzien van een grote plafondventilator die zorgt voor heerlijke koelte in de nacht. Op Mondomini zijn nog twee andere losse huisjes te huur die ook voorzien zijn van alle gemakken en uitzicht bieden op zee. Daarnaast is een tentoonstelling van de geschiedenis en kunst van de olijfteelt. Op 5 minuten rijden kun je afkoelen in zee. Ook is in de omgeving veel te zien en doen. Wij hebben genoten! L'appartamento di Roberto è molto accogliente come lo è la sua famiglia. Sempre disponibili per far si che non manchi niente, se passate da qui ve lo consiglio!

Après de nombreuses heures en voiture, nous avons apprécié l'environnement et le calme de l'appartement. Nous y avons passé une nuit reposante dans une literie confortable et recommandons l'adresse à de futurs voyageurs.

We had a fantastic stay for a big family reunion. Please be aware that when you book your stay it says the whole place will be for yourself and this can be misleading. You will have a whole apartment to yourself, but there are multiple apartments in the property that share the outside spaces. Anna, the host, was great! She was very attentive and cared well for us while we stayed. We had a surprise guest (with a dog) who joined us last minute and she kindly prepared an extra bed and took care of us. The place is just as pictured. The location is quiet atop a hill in the town of Case Alte, which is just about one street. It's a 15-30 minute drive to the beach and other surrounding cities/towns. The place is about one hour drive from the Pescara airport. They have a beautiful salt water pool with jacuzzi included. There is also an outside wood burning oven and grill that we used a lot and forged some wonderful memories eating and drinking surrounded by the beautiful nature.

Appartamento nuovo in località tranquilla e circondato da colline, ideale per una pausa in relax. A soli 15 minuti d'auto dal centro di Teramo e ideale punto di partenza per gite nei dintorni. Host disponibili e accoglienti. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, super consigliato.

Empfehlen wir weiter! Nur eine Klimaanlage wäre bald auf jeden Fall angebracht. Die Temperaturen sind die letzten Jahre so gestiegen, dass man selbst nachts kaum Schlaf findet. Die Wände sind leider auch relativ dünn, sodass man seine Nachbarn nachts hört, falls diese noch bis spät unterwegs sind ind dann zurückkehren. Ansonsten toller Pool mit traumhaftem Blick! Perfekter Ort zum entspannen und runterkommen! Danke!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ho appena trascorso quattro giorni meravigliosi presso Villa Arzilla, totalmente immersa nella natura, nel silenzio e nella pace. La casa è bellissima e circondata da un grande giardino. C’è tutto ciò che serve, la cucina è molto fornita, un bel camino, libri, tre camere e due bagni, uno con vasca. La vista sulle colline e sulle montagne è magnifica…la Villa regala dolci risvegli e suggestivi tramonti. La Signora Sandra è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ha regalato a me e alla mia cagnolona quattro giorni di puro benessere.

Famille très chaleureuse et disponible… fabio et Lucia sont très réactifs et ils donnent des supers idées d activités à faire dans la zone! Le logement possède une très chouette piscine, environnement très au calme. Maison dans le style rustique italien avec les équipements nécessaires. Idéal pour les voyageurs qui aiment la nature, le village de Sarnano présent à côté de la maison est très mignon, chouette glacier, bar pour les apéros et restaurants…

The house and its surroundings were even more beautiful than in the pictures and the view from the house was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was so nice. The hosts were always available and responded quick if we had any questions. 10 out of 10 experience, would really recommend!

Das Haus von John hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Wunderschöne ruhige Lage, atemberaubende Ausblick auf die umliegenden Berge und ein Außenbereich, der sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles an Ausstattung was man sich wünschen kann. TOP!

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.
