Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Ascoli Piceno

A large apartment within walking distance of the town centre. We had a lovely stay and the garden was perfect for our dog. The apartment was clean with off road parking. Great location for exploring the area and the bonus was a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

Cet appartement est en plein centre d’Ascoli Piceno, il a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût très récemment. Il est spacieux, très bien équipé, agréable à vivre. La literie est très confortable et le linge de grande qualité. Nous avons trouvé sur place tout ce qu’il nous fallait pour cuisiner, huile, vinaigre, épices… De l’eau fraîche dans le réfrigérateur, des yaourts, des fruits, des boissons… Des biscottes, des gâteaux, cakes, croissants, du café, du thé, des infusions… Et, le matin, accroché à notre porte des croissants frais pour le petit déjeuner. Nous avons été accueillis par Maria Pia, absolument charmante. L’appartement est à 5’ à pieds du parking Saba Torricella (avec les tickets de Maria Pia, 5€ pour 24h00 et la voiture est à l’ombre). Un AirBnB 5 étoiles!

Raffaella è una persona cordiale, presente e attiva ma mai invadente. Per qualsiasi dubbio, puoi contare su di lei. Ci ha lasciato due volte i dolci fatti dalla sua mamma e una volta il melone, già pulito e tagliato dietro la porta, avvisandoci che lo avremmo trovato lì. Le informazioni sull'alloggio e i servizi descritti sono reali. Per arrivare al mare bisogna camminare 15/20 Min, a tratti in leggere salite, ma questo lo si sa già prima di prenotare. L'esperienza è stata davvero positiva e in linea con le indicazioni avute!!

Alloggio molto pulito e ben accessoriato. A due passi dal centro e comodo sia per singoli che per una coppia ! Mimma è stata molto disponibile e cordiale nell'organizzare il check in. Consigliato 6 stelle !!!!

Maresa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und ist eine äußerst nette und sympathische Person! Wir haben uns sehr heimisch gefühlt und die Unterkunft ist noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Wir hatten zwei Balkone mit einem schönen Blick auf das Meer, wo wir den Himbeermond betrachten konnten, ein phantastisches Erlebnis. Die Fenster hatten integrierte Fliegengitter, es gab alles, was wir brauchten. San Benedetto del Tronto und die Unterkunft kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eravamo due famiglie con 4 bambini, abbiamo scoperto un gioiello tra le colline di Offida. Il posto é magnifico, tranquillo e fresco. Marco é un host perfetto. Saremmo rimasti una settimana in piu' avessimo potuto.

Abbiamo soggiornato a San Benedetto per il weekend della festa della Mamma,al nostro arrivo ci ha accolto Luigi ,gentile e disponibile,la casa e grande e completa di tutti confort e accessori,la zona e ben collegata con sevizi vari Quando torneremo a San Benedetto già sapremo a chi rivolgerci

Nous avons passé une semaine absolument merveilleuse dans cette maison en Italie. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un panier d'accueil rempli de délicatesses préparées par nos hôtes, dont un gâteau fraîchement confectionné, tout simplement délicieux ! Une attention délicate qui a donné le ton parfait à notre séjour. La maison est superbe, parfaitement équipée et offre tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour sans souci. Le cadre est exceptionnel. Depuis la terrasse, nous avons pu profiter d’une vue imprenable sur la campagne italienne, idéale pour des moments de détente inoubliables. La sérénité des lieux nous a permis de nous déconnecter complètement et de savourer chaque instant. Nos hôtes ont fait preuve d'une grande disponibilité, toujours prêts à répondre à toutes nos questions ou à résoudre les moindres soucis. Nous repartons le cœur rempli de merveilleux souvenirs et avec l’envie certaine de revenir. Merci pour cette hospitalité exceptionnelle

Soggiornare a casa Elsa fa sentire a casa. C'è tutto quello che puo servire, è tutto ben organizzato, bello il giardino per rilassarsi e cenare. Purtroppo non ho conosciuto personalmente Tiziana perché era via in quel periodo ma è stata comunque presente. La posizione è ottima per fare gite nei sibillini.

Alchemilla è una casetta deliziosa nel Parco dei Monti Sibillini, circondata da un bel giardino e con una vista meravigliosa sui monti. Completamente ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i comfort (WiFi ottimo e smart TV per vedere tutto quello che vuole) ti regala la tranquillità della totale immersione nella natura. La strada per arrivare prevede uno sterrato, ma migliorerà. Cinzia ci ha accolto con gentilezza e in casa abbiamo trovato di tutto per fare una prima cena e una colazione. E con la macchina si possono raggiungere cittadine e laghi meravigliosi. Si può arrivare anche al mare!!

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus im Großen und Ganzen sauber. Sehr abgelegen, wir haben in Ruhe gefeiert mit Musik und Gäste und es hat sich niemand beschwert. Fenster und Terrassen Türen haben alle netz. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Kommen gerne wieder mit der ganzen Familie.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren zwei Hunden sehr genossen. Der Aussenbereich ist mit Olivenbäumen und Pflanzen hübsch angelegt und der Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Einzig die Liegen sollten in Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Eintreffen war sogar der Kühlschrank mit den wichtigsten Lebensmittel gefüllt. Als wir einen abendlichen Stromunterbruch hatten, wurde uns mit Kerzen und Taschenlampe ausgeholfen. Liebe Rosalba, Sergio, Laura und Francesco, herzlichen Dank für eure Gastfreundschaft. Appartamento grazioso situato in un ambiente stupendo! Gli ospiti sono gentili e disponibili, hanno pensato a tutto, non manca niente. Si può fare delle bellissime passeggiate partendo da casa, poi alla sera c'è pace e silenzio, insomma un posto ideale per ci cerca tranquillità e natura. Allo stesso tempo il paese dista poco!

Très bon accueil de Antonio à notre arrivée. Propreté du logement impeccable comme le site. La maison est très belle, dans un style typique. Les 5 chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables, le séjour est un peu juste ( nous étions 4 adultes et 5 enfants). La terrasse est aussi juste pour 9 personnes mais Antonio nous a trouvé une solution. La piscine est juste magnifique! Très bon restaurant sur le site.

Host molto disponibile e risposte veloci. La casa è molto pulita e si trova nel centro di San Benedetto. Lo consiglio

Ubytování bylo skvělé, měli jsme vše, co jsme potřebovali. K moři je to pěšky trochu delší, ale rádi jsme se prošli, mohli jsme si půjčit kola. Skvělé místo pro výlety do hor v Abruzzu. Celý výlet byl moc prima, užili jsme si ho a v budoucnu bychom se rádi vrátili.

Het was een mooi appartement, ruim, lichte uitstraling, koel binnen met hor tegen de muggen was perfect. We konden binnen lekker koken, maar op loopafstand en met de fiets kun je ook in de buurt heel lekker eten! We hebben vaak verse pasta gehaald en heerlijke pizza's gegeten. Binnen 5 minuten fietsen ben je op het strand. Ligging is rustig we konden ongestoord slapen. Er was ook gratis parkeer mogelijkheid bij het strand. Leonardo was een hele vriendelijke, aardige gastheer, hij heeft ons tips gegeven en reageerde super snel als we vragen hadden.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt ein bisschen abseits, ist dafür aber ruhig. Man hat die gesamte Unterkunft für sich alleine, das war fantastisch. Der Pool und die Outdoor Küche sind ebenfalls super. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen und kommen sehr gern wieder!

Erika è stata da subito molto gentile e disponibile, venendoci in contro con le varie esigenze. La posizione della casa è strategica, è comoda al mare, ai ristoranti e ai locali. Consigliatissimo

Great location, close to the beach, shops, coffee shops and near the best iceacream in town. Walkable distance from the centre of San Benedetto del Tronto as well. The flat was very clean with everything that you could possibly need for a nice vacation without worries. Very spacious bedrooms with big wardrobes, enough for 5 people. The lift in the building was a bonus as we had a disabled person with us. Martina and Ivana were very kind to allow us to check in earlier and they always contacted me to make sure we have everything we need. We had a marvelous time and hoping to repeat next year. Half of the guests were only speaking english and they would've liked one english channel on the tv, but it wasn't a tragedy not to have it. I would definitely recomand it to anyone.

Casa estremamente accogliente con ogni agevolazione. Fornita di tutto. Sabrina e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, sempre disponibili, accoglienti e pronte a risolvere qualsiasi tipo di problema dovesse capitare. Il mare si raggiunge in auto in 15 minuti, ma la casa è a pochi minuti dal paese Ripatransone, un gioiellino. Grazie di tutto

We stayed as a family (2 adults, 1 child and 1 baby) in Claudios lovely apartment. The apartment is large and clean, with beautiful views from the balcony. It was the perfect place to explore local towns, beaches and a national park complete with waterfall.
