Good apartment located a walking distance away from the railway station. We are happy with the stay!

Enzo was very flecible regarding our check in, and in general very easy to communicate with. The aparzment is very clean and quiet, and close to a nice beach. We can absolutely recommend staying there!

Great house, clean and fantastic view... to reevaluate check-in as unresponsive and helpful staff, otherwise everything is great.

We had a great couple of nights at Girolamo's place. Villa is huge and has a great interior. Girolamo was helpful and gave us a much needed lift to the airport at the end. Ubers are not that available in Cimitile! Overall would definitely recommend the villa if you need a large space.

Michela was impeccable. Very helpful and very kind person. The apartment is large, very clean. We slept in 4, I recommend everyone to take advantage of this accommodation if you are passing through Aversa! We will definitely be back!!! ❤️

Very spacious and bright apartment, it has two large terraces where you can relax outdoors in complete tranquility. The rooms are also very spacious, bathrooms. In terms of cleanliness, I can only say that everything was super clean and tidy. I had doubts about parking as it is on the street but I can say that it is always right in front of the house. I conclude by saying that we are satisfied with our stay and that we will definitely return here to Antonio... Thank you

Great value for money, central location, perfect for two couples, everything you need is there, including a small, dolce breakfast:) Angelica is super helpful, recommended a good parking spot and the communication was flawless.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It is really beautiful, spacious and with attention to the smallest details. We found it in perfect condition and incredibly clean, which made our arrival even more enjoyable. A detail that we really appreciated was the presence of snacks and bottles of water in the refrigerator, an attention that made us feel welcomed from the very start. In addition, the apartment is fully stocked: towels, toilet paper, soap and much more were all available, we didn't miss anything at all. Special thanks to Luigi, who was very kind and always available to provide help or advice. I would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an impeccable experience. Beautiful apartment with everything you need (Kitchen with oven, microwave and fridge), very large bathroom and comfortable bedroom. The view from the balcony is also impressive. Nothing negative to report. Recommended!

Everything is very clean, I recommend it

This is in a great location; you can see the palace from one of the windows. I had dinner around the corner by the palace and watched all of the families and other people out for their Sunday evening stroll. It was very peaceful and sweet. This apartment is perfect, not only the location, but it is so tastefully and sweetly decorated. The host is probably an artist. I love the little sunbather in the bathroom. In addition to being pleasing to the eye, it is very functional. Everything here is like new. The lights and outlets are everywhere you need them. The apartment could not have been more comfortable. I visited four of the sites that Jessica recommended and two of the restaurants. I wouldn't have found that one pizza joint on my own because it's about a 15-minute walk away but well worth the trip. And the welcome gift was sweet. I won't spoil the surprise.

Valeria's Loft is really great. Ideal for spending a few days in Caserta. It is a short walk from the historic center and, even less, from one of the side entrances of the gardens of the Reggia. It was really nice knowing to come back there the evening after spending the day out. Bright, clean and cozy, a jewel. Highly recommended!

Convenient location in the city center near landmark locations, close to many interesting restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is low-light and cool, although it can be convenient on hot days. Very poor noise insulation - the noise from the restaurants was constantly plagued. Overall a good value for money and convenient location. Communication with the host left only the best experience!

The host was extremely kind and helpful, proving to be flexible with check-in time and offering us valuable advice. The apartment is brand new and easily accessible, and impeccably clean. An excellent experience that I highly recommend!
