A 280 mt. dalla Reggia, in qualsiasi momento ne potrai ammirare tutta la bellezza. Caratteristico duplex ubicato all'Interno del palazzo dove visse e morì Vanvitelli. In pieno centro storico, ma ben insonorizzato. Posizione invidiabile e recente ristrutturazione rendono l'appartamento Ferdinando una chicca imperdibile. Distante solo 9 minuti a piedi dalla stazione collegata in maniera efficiente con Napoli. Caserta è un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare svariate mete.
