Beautiful and spacious house with ample outdoor space. Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Ask them for valuable directions to be able to appreciate a region with so much to see but with few services dedicated to the tourist.

Second time at Giulivo and it's a guarantee ! Antonio was very kind on the day of arrival and only in the evening we noticed that the TV did not see any channels , he immediately made himself available and solved the problem .

I stayed with my colleagues at Villa Carmine and Gina during the days of an event that was held nearby. The description and photos absolutely match reality and we had a great time. A well-kept garden surrounds the house and, if we had had the time, we would have gladly spent the afternoon sunbathing. Very kind host in helping us find something tasty for breakfast. Definitely a very good option if I have to go back to the area.

I stayed in this accommodation for work reasons,the best place to relax and feel at home,if not better,after a long and strenuous work day, the very nice host,polite as few people now, has always made the most with the BnB,and with the tenant in order to ensure maximum comfort, it was a treat for a tiring trip PS. I come from another place,with a bad experience, Martina had a detail given my experience,host sensitive to the client's particular needs, I will definitely be back!

The accommodation is very large and clean. The bathrooms are new and the rooms are spacious. There are no mosquito nets, so equip yourself with a vape and the like. The location is fantastic, you are on the beach. All the staff, reception, lifeguards, green workers and maintenance workers, bars and animators are kind and helpful. If you are a large family and think about eating at home, I would like to point out that the kitchen equipment is quite basic but you will have a fantastic washing machine. Convenient and nearby shops. Clean sea with a sandy beach that slopes gently, suitable for the little ones. Very attentive lifeguards.

Beautiful setting and the most helpful hosts. We didn’t have a car and Carmela and her family were incredibly helpful in arranging transport. Really lovely hosts and it was a great stay.

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. A lot of houses in Italy are called "Villa". Giosis home really deserves the name "Villa". It is spacious, private, has everything you need. We really enjoyed our 1 week stay as a family of 5. You feel like you are in the nowhere but supermarket and lovely little village is close. We had the best pizza of our life there. Neaple, visuv, pompeii are reachable within 1h-1,5h by car are "must-see" trips if you are there. thanks Giosi for your trust and having us.

Luca was very responsive, the house was great. We were a big group, and had place for all of us. We enjoyed the fire place, the clean and big kitchen.

Beautiful views of the countryside, lots of hammocks and places to sit in the shade, and a charming villa. Has a nice fire pit, large kitchen, and pleasant trails in the woods.

It gives me great pleasure to write this review. This was simply the best air bnb I have ever stayed at. Umberto and Clelia are beyond thoughtful! The house was amazingly provisioned from a fully stocked fridge and kitchen on arrival to beautiful rooms with individual toiletry packs and dressing gowns! There were several places to sit outside to eat or relax. My children loved the table tennis and the pool. Umberto and Clelia were marvellous hosts. They brought pastries every day and Clelia was kind enough to cook dinner twice! They were exceedingly helpful in advising where to visit, what to see and how to get there, even looking up train times and escorting us to the station to make sure we caught the correct train to Naples. They offered to organise guides for Pompeii and make dinner reservations also. I have never experienced this level of kindness and generosity from hosts before and I cannot recommend their home highly enough! Thankyou once again.

This villa provided a relaxing and peaceful environment for the 2nd part of out stay in Italy (after staying in Rome). Great location for our needs. It is beautiful and spacious. There were so many wonderful elements. The A/C in the bedrooms was very welcome in the middle of a hot summer. The pool and outdoor space is delightful. The large bath to relax in. The hosts were incredibly kind and gracious. This included when initially making the booking, where Giuseppina was very accommodating, thank-you. We would love to visit again. This is a very special family, and significantly contributed to many happy memories of our first family stay in Italy.

The villa was gorgeous! The surrounding scenery was stunning. It is in the quiet countryside just a few short minutes drive from town. The place was impeccably clean. It contains all needed amenities for a long stay. It has separate washer and dryer unit, although small capacity. Beds were very firm. We were greeted upon arrival and dismissal from the rental. Very friendly staff and we were also given extra coffee and a bottle of wine and water to begin our stay with. The pool was beautiful and kept nice. I would highly recommend staying here. Gianni is an icon of Italian hospitality. Very easy in communication, accommodating all requests and pro-active with tips for food, shopping and everything else. We had a great stay with a group of 7 and hope to come back in the future!
