The location allows easy and quick access to all the amenities of the center without neglecting the tranquility of the street. The environment is composed as follows: entrance to living room/kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower and laundry space. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Completing the whole is an additional mezzanine floor with hallway/study and bedroom with 2 beds.
