Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Province of Livorno

We were there as a family with three children and thought the place was great. We especially enjoyed the large, fantastic garden. It has various places with sun beds and lounge furniture and a large dining table with parasol (which also protects in the rain). From there we had a fantastic view of the sea. We enjoyed the evening sun on the square (solarium) above the house. From there you have a wonderful view. The apartment is cozy and well equipped and is very well maintained. After a thunderstorm, the boiler was broken and was immediately replaced by a new one. Communication with the owner was also great. He took care of everything right away and responded immediately. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the fantastic beach of Fetovaia. A bit of the way leads along the road, but this did not bother us. We give this apartment the top rating and will come back next year.

We were here with friends in the week of August, a wonderful location! Large house surrounded by greenery but at the same time a stone's throw from the village and a 15-minute walk from the sea. The hot tub was the icing on the cake. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, in every room there is practically air conditioning, in the kitchen there was everything you need to cook and 2 coffee machines. One wafer and the other bean, both of great quality. There was even a bit of a supply of food, like pasta, canned tuna, cookies, biscuits… in short, this stay has far exceeded our expectations. We are out yesterday and would like to come back. It's such a little paradise. The Host, Massimo, was always available and interested in knowing how the vacation was going more than once. Highly recommended!!!

One of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in! Casa nel Bosco is a very special place. Such a beautiful spot underneath a large umbrella pine with views across the sea to Montechristo. Part of the Mount Capanne nature reserve with walks on the doorstep, it was chocka full of wild flowers in spring and we saw some wild boars. We spent a lot of time hanging out at the house which was easy to do with so much privacy and space. Our teenagers enjoyed watching the lizards and insects go about their business. Interesting quirks like the outdoor kitchen made unloading the dishwasher novel! There are little seating areas dotted about through the woods, and a path to a waterfall which we cooled off under. Don’t miss the fireflies in the trees at night! We had lots of contact with Adriano and he gave us some nice recommendations. We loved the local beaches and snorkelling at Pomonte. There is also a nice restaurant there where we spent our last night and watched the sunset from their terrace

The location is special, reserve a unique view and exceptional livability... you experience total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

Stefania is a very helpful and welcoming person. The chalet is located in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. The property is clean, equipped with all comforts and is very beautiful and welcoming. I plan to return at the first opportunity. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

It was so beautiful! The house, the turtles in the pond, the restaurant in the village… everything was wonderful. Melissa was very friendly, always responded very quickly and described everything well. We hope we can come back sometime. Our children also had a great time, thank you

Giglio is a perfect host: Kind, helpful, reliable and very responsive. The Appartement is very clean and is lovingly decorated in a modern style with plenty of Asian elements. All appliances work and the apartment is in excellent condition. The terrace/patio is wonderful and the Appartement is very quiet—you can barely hear the nearby street. The town Guardistallo is small, but lovely with restaurants, which serve excellent food.

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Had a very pleasant stay for two weeks right amongst the beautiful Tuscany hills! The host was very nice and even gave us some eggs and figs from the farmland around. The house was all that we hoped for! The kids could roam the beautiful area and even had a slide. And as parents we were able to call it a day in the nice jacuzzi with a gorgeous view. All in all very commendable!!! Thank you so much

We stayed with Ornella and Andrea in a group of 8 people. The private villa in Selvatelle is characterized by a private, quiet yet optimal location for day trips to different cities of Tuscany. There is a super nice outdoor area with lounge furniture, a pool area and ample space for larger groups. Andrea and Ornella were very warm and the communication was excellent. Emanuela and Peppe are really great hosts and kind people, they gave us a lot of useful recommendations and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment was clean and good equipped. It was also ideal for our dog, who had access to the garden and was allowed to run there freely. The location has awesome view and is very central of the island.

Beautiful house set in the most amazing countryside. Extremely well equipped kitchen, extra linen provided, large spaces and so lovely and cool inside the house even with extreme temperatures outside. We loved our stay at Sabrina’s. The apartment has wraparound patios that offer shade and a breeze, even on the hottest days. We loved being able to walk to the beach and fantastic meals at Il Faro. Sabrina gave so many excellent recommendations and I have never had such easy communication as we did using the group chat feature she sets up for each guest. I highly recommend this apartment and host for anyone looking for a restful, comfortable accommodation.

Villa lo Schioppo is a corner of natural beauty and tranquillity overlooking one of the most stunning bays in Elba. Barbara (the host) was very kind and supportive throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions/needs that we raised, also thanks to the help of amazing Giuseppe! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the kitchen modern and well equipped. Highlight: view from the large window in the main living room - breathtaking!

We all had such an amazing stay, the house was amazing the pictures do not do it justice! The house and rooms were huge and it was really well equipped! The view is absolutely incredible!!
