Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

My partner and I spent four days in Marco's apartment, they were four days of relaxation, we felt welcomed as family. Antonietta and Francesco, Marco's father and mother (two people like there aren't many, kind, generous, two people with whom it is pleasant to get lost in their stories) who live upstairs from the apartment, pampered us and made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back next time, the three of us.

The time spent in Querceto was just marvellous; the village is unique and the apartments are respecting the original architecture. Anna and the whole service team have always been kind and available and most of all....always with a smile on their faces ( even when I needed help for my son who knocked hisself inside the bathroom......🤦‍♂️) ! So definitely recommended!

I stayed in January and it was a perfect location for me as it is close to the marinas. And close to the freeway to sightseeing. Easy to park. So clean and it’s a big plus as my GF and I are allergic. Many times, first thing we do is clean the place!!! There is a washer. Dishwasher too. WIFI is strong. Nice patio but it was freezing. Would be great to entertain the family during warmer weather. There was a bottle of Prosciutto to welcome me and chips. I am often worried about sheets cleanliness as sometimes there are in color so no bleaching possible. But Erika has all the white sheets and towels straight from the professional laundry still packed and professionally ironed. This is a big plus that should be copied by so many other Airbnb. I will stay again with no doubts.

+++ We (4 people and 2 dogs) felt very comfortable with Giada for 2 weeks. We were very kindly welcomed and instructed by her father. Parking was possible in the "Piazza" or in the private parking around the corner. The mini market is also directly in the "Piazza" (rolls and other little things). The property is fenced, offers both sunny and shaded squares, and is surrounded by Orleander's bushes, a fig tree, and vines. The house was very clean and well equipped (e.g. coffee maker, sandwich maker). The outdoor shower had a strong jet of water and a magnificent view of the bay. You have this view from the entire terrace and also from the balcony. - Unfortunately, there were a lot of mosquitoes in our time. Since there is no air conditioning (but 2 fans), we slept with the window open. Unfortunately, the windows are not equipped with fly screens, so there were some restless nights.

Wonderful place with amazing view and beautiful surrounding. It’s situated on walking distance from the sea, all kind of restaurants. We loved the place next door; a nice chill hippie bar/restaurant where you could hang out all day in a garden under the olive trees.

A wonderful place surrounded by nature, perfect for finding peace and getting away from the hustle and bustle of life. The rooms are not discounted, but studied in every detail, starting with the imense garden full of colors. A note of merit for all the green details to protect the environment, congratulations. A tip for all the next guests, in the evening you look up at the sky, I don't remember a sky so full of stars. Finally, I would like to congratulate the host Bruna and her partner(I think she is), friendly and available at any time for advice. We'll be back!!!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Chicca was so friendly and helpful. We felt right at home. The gorgeous pets (two dogs and a cat) were a special bonus! I highly recommend this Airbnb 😊

We felt very comfortable from the first second. Extraordinarily dear hosts with whom you also like to sit together for an evening over a glass of local wine. The little house is super private and a few meters away from the larger house with apartments. Private terrace with great sunset views. It is the perfect place to unwind and from there to discover Tuscany, make beautiful day tours or even beach days. Accommodation was perfect, clean, the hosts have a tip for everything, be it restaurants, stalls, parking or attractions. Absolutely recommended, we will definitely be back.

Heavenly stay in this tastefully decorated, clean accommodation, incredible view, beautiful house. Everything you need is in the accommodation and even more. Chiara is an extremely friendly host, who gave us all the necessary information for us to have a good stay. We hope to be able to come back!

Luca is a very friendly and accommodating host. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable without being intrusive. The property is located right in the quiet village. The most necessary can be provided at the local shops. Luca always has great tips here. The photos also correspond to reality: on the whole, I highly recommend Luca.

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The apartment is located in a very well maintained holiday complex with shared pool, reserved loungers and reserved parking space. The entire system can be fenced and can only be accessed with a number code (which we received before arrival) or with remote control. The apartment itself makes a very well-kept impression and offers everything you need. With the spacious garden area with dining area, lounge, barbecue and outdoor showers, we were happy to stay outside in the evening. During the night it was totally quiet, which made it possible to sleep with open windows without any problems. Stefania's apartment is on the right side of the complex. However, I would like to mention: There is a swimming cap requirement by the pool - due to the lack of information about it, this caused long faces to our children in the beginning. Overall, the apartment, the complex and the surroundings of Tuscany made a very good impression - thanks for the beautiful time.

Mauro's apartment is in a perfect area to reach the beaches (300m ), and a little more for the center. We parked the car on arrival and picked it up on departure, I would say excellent! Everything was as described and Mauro is a very helpful person; not having before us guests in the house anticipated the check-in, not having guests immediately after, he allowed us to go after the established check-out time. When we return to San Vincenzo, we will return to Mauro.

Everything worked out great with Elena from the start. Fiorella, the owner, is super friendly and helpful. The location is great, we enjoyed the beach via the private access to the beach. We used the existing beach chairs and umbrellas and they were great. There are top restaurants in the area and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the center. Our dog also felt very comfortable. Be careful with larger and low cars, the entrance to the courtyard has a high wave and the parking hall entrance is very narrow. I highly recommend the location of San Vincenzo and the accommodation! It's simple but great!

Pleasant accommodation, everything was fine

We were able to spend 9 days in Lena's accommodation with our dog Pixel and had the best time! Lena is super helpful, gives many tips, takes care of things as soon as something needs to be refilled and in general Lena's accommodation, especially for travelers with dogs, is a dream! The size of the garden does not come across in the photos as it is in real life - it is huge. In addition, the location is great for many excursions. Lena also has a few recommendations for each destination, which she makes available on her own page. For someone who is looking for peace and quiet during the day and at the same time wants to stay in a beautiful accommodation with a warm hostess, this is definitely the place to be. We will come back and can recommend the accommodation without reservation - it was just perfect. Thank you Lena! :)

Great hospitality and hospitality, extreme availability, Chiara was very nice and friendly. Quiet place out of the chaos of the city but very close to everything, by car you can reach the most beautiful places in a few minutes. I recommend staying at Chiara's!

Very nice clean and newly renovated studios. The studios have fully equipped kitchens and basic products (coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper) are provided. The outdoor area and the pool are lovely. Lena was very welcoming and gave us nice tips for the area. Note that the air conditioning/heating comes at an extra cost of 15 euros per day and per studio.
