Our villa is located at the entrance of Chianni (Pisa) and was built in 2023 using original, natural materials such as brick, natural stone, and wood. Three stylish studios were created (one of which is for my private use with my two dogs), along with modern amenities and a pool. Each studio features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped open kitchen, as well as a cozy living and dining area, making both studios ideal for longer stays.

Per trascorrere un soggiorno all’insegna della privacy e del relax, ma con tutte le attrattive della zona a un passo da qui. Sono ben accetti i vostri amici pelosi di piccola taglia. The "Venere's Paradise" cabin disappears among the olive trees, offering breathtaking views from its veranda over the hills. Il Portichetto is a relaxing 37 sqm OpenSpace on the ground floor of a two-family home surrounded by greenery, consisting of a double bed, large bathroom, kitchenette with sink, induction stove and refrigerator, 32" Smart TV, dining/work table with Wi-Fi. It overlooks a portico with plants and armchairs. Along the common driveway, there are 3 steps and you access the porch, where you enter the studio. Parking is free on the street, 50 meters away on a closed street.

Independent villa surrounded by lush greenery, with private access to the sea. Spread over two levels, the ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious lounge with fireplace. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The villa was fully renovated in 2022, including most of the furnishings. The property has a private entrance with an automatic gate and offers parking for up to five cars.

Spacious apartment in a small condominium: the area is central and very quiet. The large interior spaces and the exclusive garden make the accommodation comfortable and quiet. The house is particularly suitable for families, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living area consists of a double living room, kitchen, kitchenette and a charming winter garden. The availability of the parking space allows you to be in the center without having parking problems.

Casa Cotone

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.
