Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Lucca

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings very much. Kate was very helpful and communicative. She very kindly left us some food (and Prosecco!) as our flight was delayed which meant we missed the supermarket visit prior to checking in. She made recommendations for thermal baths when we showed interest in these and she delivered a little bottle of delicious limoncello as an extra treat during our 5-night stay! The view from the pool is amazing and swimming and lounging on the sun beds in that area were very relaxing. The drive to the accommodation is quite challenging up a narrow, steep mountain road with hairpin bends, which did give us the willies when driving there, especially in the dark! But all in all a wonderful stay - thank you!

Siamo rimasti nell'appartamento di Emanuele per tre notti ed è stata un'ottima esperienza! Alloggio super pulito, accogliente e spazioso. Letti molto comodi, cosa che ci ha permesso di riposare bene dopo le escursioni! Casa molto calda grazie a dei condizionatori e stufe elettriche. Cucina ben attrezzata con le stoviglie, pentole ecc. Tutti essenziali forniti inclusi saponi e shampoo. La terrazza immensa dove ammirare sia le montagne sia il mare e passare del tempo piacevolmente! Istruzioni del check in molto chiari e precisi. Comunicazione con host ottima! Davanti a casa c'è il posto per parcheggiare la macchina, che è molto comodo. Paesino piccolo ma molto carino! Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra. È stata veramente una bella vacanza. Assolutamente da ritornare se ci dovessimo ritrovare in zona.

This was our second stay, and as before we were very pleased. Everything matches the description perfectly, and Stefano always makes sure you feel taken care of. We highly recommend this place if you want a comfortable stay at a minute´s walk away from the beach. Just perfect. Thanks!

Mieszkanie jest czyste, funkcjonalne, ma wszystko czego potrzeba, również aby zostać na dłużej. Znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, obok tutejszego baru i przystanku autobusowego busa bezpośredniego do Lukki. Okolica oferuje wiele terenów spacerowych, które mogliśmy przemierzać z psem. Gianluca jest niezwykle przyjaznym gospodarzem, pozwala na prywatność, a w razie potrzeby zawsze służy pomocą. Bardzo polecamy i mamy nadzieję, że sami będziemy mieli okazję wrócić :)

This apartment was like a home away from home for several weeks. The location is great, the building and area quiet, the accommodations comfortable and clean. Giulia and Lorenzo are super responsive and helpful with recommendations and advice. A wonderful stay!

This is our second stay at Gloria’s place and we absolutely love the place as it is very large, we love the area and all the convenience Gloria’s place provides. Description and images match 100% and being able to wash our clothes and hang them to dry is a life saver. Communication with Gloria is always super easy and quick and we were sad to leave just as we were during our first visit. Gloria thank you so much for having us and we hope to return soon again. esperienza ottima, l'appartamento era molto pulito. anche il parcheggio è stato facile da trovare in zona nonostante fosse la sera prima di un corso mascherato. Giovanna è stata molto cordiale e gentile e ci ha chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa.

A great experience staying at this lovely location. Very helpful hosts which is always very much appreciated when you are in an unfamiliar location. Went above and beyond to make us welcome. Would highly recommend this apartment. But be mindful there are quite a few steps up to accommodation and might not be ideal for everyone.

Einmal über die Bahnhofsbrücke gehen und schon ist man in der Altstadt von Lucca, mit allen seinen Schönheiten, seinem Flair, aber auch mit seiner touristischen Ausprägung. Dann freut man sich auf die Ruhe und Zurückgezogenheit der Unterkunft. Ein weiterer Vorteil ist die Parkmöglichkeit, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Die Unterkunft ist charmant und für zwei Personen großzügig. Die hohen Decken und die Raumaufteilung sind wirklich so gut gemacht, dass man sich sofort wohlfühlen kann. Das Bett war bequem und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer ist auch vorhanden. Theoretisch kann man sogar draußen sitzen, aber das macht man dann doch lieber in Lucca auf einem der schönen Plätze. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war immer sehr angenehm und schnell. Dem Restaurant-Tipp aus dem Handbuch „Da Vasco“ kann man unbedingt vertrauen. Wir würden für unseren nächsten Besuch in Lucca hier sofort wieder buchen. Lucca ist immer eine Reise wert.

Pobyt w Volegno zostanie w naszej pamięci na długo. Widok z okien i tarasu sam w sobie już jest wielką atrakcją, niezależnie od pogody, podziwialiśmy go godzinami. Miejsce dla ludzi ceniących spokój i kontakt z naturą. Można się tu wyciszyć i wypocząć. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do wyjścia w góry. Dom przytulny, przestronny, ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem, czekał na nas o umówionej porze, pomógł w wniesieniu bagaży z parkingu, udzielił informacji na temat lokalnych atrakcji. Volegno to miejsce, do którego chce się wrócić.

Host gentile, ci ha dato consigli utili. ci ha fatto trovare frutta fresca al nostro arrivo molto gradita. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto quello che serve per due persone.

Santa Lucia hat eine wunderbare Lage in den Bergen. Die Aussicht ist unbeschreiblich schön - aus den Bergen der Region schaut man auf das Meer am Horizont. Von Santa Lucia können mit dem Auto weitere größere Städte und auch der Strand erreicht werden. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und stilvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten bietet mehrere Möglichkeiten, um zu sitzen, in der Sonne zu liegen oder im Freien zu essen und dabei die Aussicht zu genießen. Gloria war eine tolle, offene und sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich viel Zeit für uns genommen, um uns alles zu zeigen und zu erklären. Für uns war der Aufenthalt in Casa Gloria ein Höhepunkt unserer Reise durch die Toskana. Wir kommen wieder, um dieses Fleckchen Erde noch einmal genießen zu können.

Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmals bei Sandro und seiner zauberhaften Frau für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in ihrem Haus! Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr freundlich und waren flexibel, trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung. Man hat uns persönlich begrüßt und persönlich verabschiedet. Die beiden sind großartige Vermieter! Ich habe 3 große Hunde (2 Weimaraner, 1 Herdenschutzhund) und es war absolut kein Problem, diese mitzubringen. Natürlich sind meine Hunde auch brav :) aber des Öfteren musste ich in der Vergangenheit die Erfahrung machen, das andere Vermieter nur 1 Hund oder kleine Hunde akzeptieren- hier war das absolut kein Problem und auch kein Vorurteil, wie es mir oft passiert! Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!!! Das Haus ist sehr sauber & toll eingerichtet. Großes Dankeschön :) wir kommen wieder!

Dunia’s place in Stazzema was super clean and comfortable, in a beautiful serene surrounding. Dunia and Claudia were great hosts, wonderful people really; they helped us with finding hiking trails, and even borrowed us their walking sticks, we felt very welcome and well taken care of. The area around Stazzema has striking natural features such as waterfalls, springs, mountains ranges and a huge natural bridge-like rock formation which is visible from the village. Fully recommend if you are looking for peace and nature.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huis is echt groter dan op de foto’s. We hebben ons echt 8 dagen ontzettend thuis gevoeld. Communicatie met Laura de huis manager was super fijn. Leuk dat we haar nog even hebben mogen ontmoeten. Voor een uitval basis om noord Toscane waar je wil genieten van de rust is dit een super plek.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, perfekt um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Die Wohnung ist voll aufgestattet und hat alles was man braucht. Das Internet ist nicht in allen Bereichen der Unterkunft stabil, daher wahrscheinlich nicht für mobil Arbeitende geeignet. Emanuelas Hund und Katze sind niedliche Besucher, über die wir uns immer sehr gefreut haben :)

Massimo und seine Frau waren supernett und haben sich sehr gut gekümmert. Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, Bahnhof und Meer sind prima erreichbar. Toll war auch, dass wir die Fahrräder nutzen konnten.

We had a wonderful stay with Antonella, a beautiful apartment in gorgeous surroundings. our dogs loved the gardens! We tasted some of their delicious olive oil which was a lovely bonus. Antonella and her husband were so friendly and welcoming, we felt right at home.

Stayed for 4 days at Andrea's place. The apartment was well equipped and had a nice patio to sit on. Best part about it was Andrea gave his number and quickly responded to all of our questions about the area and the apartment. He gave some great restaurant recos and the apartment is about 5m walk from the main square and 10m from the train station. Would recommend for sure. Thanks!

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Deborah ist eine tolle Gastgeberin. Sie hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert. So eine tolle Gastgeberin hatten wir noch nie. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in der Toskana und ein guter Ausgangspunkt um die Gegend zu erkunden. Wir können Deborahs und Katias Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

The flat was very clean, comfortable and centrally located; all the C’s that make for a wonderful and pleasant trip. Stefano and Emma made us feel at home and proactively reached out to us to ensure we had a smooth experience. Would definitely recommend and would love to return in the future!

La casa è in una zona centralissima., conforme alle foto. Eleonora è stata un host disponibile e non possiamo che raccomandarla. Un secondo mazzo di chiavi in dotazione al check in e la messa a punto di temperatura e getto dell’acqua in entrambe le docce potranno rendere il soggiorno davvero perfetto in tutti i suoi aspetti 😉

Gemütliche Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Pool, von dem man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Natur und das Meer hat. Die Straße zur Wohnung ist zwar abenteuerlich, aber befahrbar. Dafür ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und um die Wohnung herum ist Natur. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und immer erreichbar. Hier würde ich definitiv auch noch einen zweiten Urlaub verbringen!
