This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Great stay with everything you need!

Everything about this place is perfect. Location, communication, huge bathroom, everything you need in kitchen, balcony looking over the sea. Will book again upon return to area. Thanks for having us Aussie’s.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

A dream surrounded by nature! We were lucky and were able to spend the first few days almost alone on the small property. That was really beautiful. When all apartments are occupied, it is a bit fuller and louder. But the location compensates for everything. Vacation with a 1.5 year old child worked great here. Playground is nearby and the garden invites you to explore!

We were there in the low season in early June. During the time of our stay, the other two apartments were not rented in the house, so we had it very quiet. Our host Riccardo was super nice, the contact was straightforward and friendly. If we had any questions, we got a quick response. The place was a few minutes from the sea, but you couldn't go into the water right at the house because it's rocky there. It took about 10 minutes to walk to the sandy beach. The beach is very nice and clean, with light sand. There was an umbrella in the apartment. There is a bar in the beach that offers drinks and tanks. In the village there is also a small supermarket. However, it is a bit expensive for larger purchases, so it's a good idea to shop in a larger city. Worth a visit is the neighboring town of Santa Lucia. This is also right by the sea and in the middle of the pine forest. There are numerous restaurants there

We had a great week, the accommodation is very well located with a beautiful beach within walking distance and not crowded. Other beautiful beaches are quite close by car with free parking and few people too (which is rare in Sardinia). Good restaurant nearby. Very well equipped, the accommodation was also extremely clean! We had everything we needed for our 6-month-old baby and despite the exceptional heatwave in June, the air conditioning worked very well. The welcome was very warm and family-like despite the language barrier, we really appreciated the kindness of our hosts. Thanks!

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Overall a lovely villa. Large lounge area and sheltered outdoor seating area with a beautiful view towards the sea. Huge swimming pool and a large secure garden. Beautiful and well equipt barbeque area. Could not find cushions for the plastic loungers and a sun shade.The stay at the villa could benefit from Wifi.

Beautiful and very clean accommodation, we had the large pool mostly to ourselves. The beach can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, by car in 5 minutes, there is plenty of parking. A car is highly recommended, as it is a quiet area, there are about 3-4 restaurants on site. We had 2 open directly on the beach and one directly on the complex with sea view. We really felt very comfortable in the accommodation with pool, it suited us as a family with 3 children, amenities, cleanliness and size.

The place is located in a quiet area, with a pool and a cove 3 min walk. It has tennis courts, soccer, volleyball. It is necessary to hire linens and towels if they do not take them. Access is very good. There is a parking just alado but you have to move the luggage by hand about 50 meters since it is a pedestrian area and the car does not access the house. It has air conditioning, which is greatly appreciated. The water is not drinkable almost anywhere on the island, so you have to buy before you go. If no food is brought there is a bar right in the development for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But it is advisable to stop as you leave the airport at some supermarket. Anyway there are shops in urbanizations nearby within a 5 min drive. But you should look at the times because it closes at noon. There is a community pool with 3 other houses. Very quiet and relaxing.

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and made everything lightning fast! Although the pool won't be filled until early April, Paola made sure we had it available as early as March. The beach and the pine forest in front are very nice! Thanks for the lovely holiday! :-)

We loved the location of the apartment and it's stunning views. Sandra was super helpful explaining everything we needed to know. Great place for a vacation, definitely recommend!

Our family really enjoyed Villino Serena! Doriana was so helpful and responsive. Excellent location, short walk to beach and even shorter walk to a little grocery store with everything you need. House was clean, kitchen stoked, and nice patio areas to relax. Outdoor closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys - very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week!! Simple but very nice cottage, with a spacious balcony overlooking the sea. From the garden, you can walk straight onto the beautiful beach!

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!

The place had a scenic view indeed. Very clear instructions from co-host side. Most of the evenings we decided to stay at home and ate home made meals with a great view. I would add anti mosquito net just to have a possibility to switch off the AC during night. Great stay overall!
