Excellent welcome and very kind staff, welcomed at check-in hours before the scheduled time, and while we were waiting for the room they made us sit in the pool to relax a little. The apartment (not the same as the one on the airbnb website) was comfortable and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, appreciated the private parking with card to use it.

We can recommend the apartment 100% - it was beautiful and a great stay. We felt totally comfortable! The apartment is very Mediterranean/modern, the bed super comfortable – a real highlight were the extremely good mosquito nets on all windows. We've never had that with a place to stay before. Outside there are beautiful olive trees and for us the best thing was: the cats that live there, they came by the terrace every day. The location is relatively good, but it is important to know: you absolutely need a car. But you can quickly reach the most beautiful places in the north of Sardinia. A big thank you for the great time and the super nice contact – we always felt well taken care of and would come back immediately! Even when we had a request (another blanket to sleep on), we were helped within a few minutes.

This Airbnb ad relates to Hotel Is Murtas. It is a truly great place for families with some lovely apartments as well as a great swimming pool! Also, the owners are very nice and accommodating so that everyone has a great stay in South Eastern Sardinia. We highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 12 days. The place is quiet, the car is safe in the courtyard. Close to Olbia and San Teodoro. The accommodation is true to the photos, everything was clean and well-equipped (oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.). Owners are super responsive and very friendly. We will return to Sardinia very soon☺️.
