Le logement était conforme aux photos et à la description. La vue est superbe ! Le chemin pour venir est comme décrit, c’est un chemin de terre qu’il faut prendre doucement mais qui se fait facilement. C’est un lieu paisible et reposant. On entend quelques fois les voisins notamment la chasse d’eau qui doit être coller à la chambre mais ce n’est que de temps en temps. Je recommande car c’est un endroit agréable et qui permet de se ressourcer. Merci à Gino et Maria pour leur accueil et qui sont toujours disponibles.

Nous sommes arrivés assez tard mais Anna Lucia nous a attendu et elle a pris le temps de nous montrer l'appartement et de nous indiquer ce qu'il y avait à faire dans les environs. L'appartement est agréable, spacieux, au calme, près du centre. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Renzo and his wife are absolutely wonderful hosts - incredibly kind, responsive, and full of wonderful recommendations - and the house is exactly as pictured, in a perfect location to explore S. Maria Navarrese and the rest of Ogliastra. Highly recommended!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gefallen, tolle Terrasse mit schönem Blick in die Berge , Alessandro war immer zu erreichen und hat immer gleich geholfen , organisiert und sehr viele nützliche Tipps gegeben,

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

Wir waren neun Tage Vorort und können uns nicht beschweren. 🙂 Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub und wären auch gerne noch länger geblieben. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Alles war, wie beschrieben, Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet, es gab Tipps für dies und das (wovon wir fast alles auch gemacht haben 🤗) und Hilfe, wenn man mal nicht wusste wie was funktioniert. Das Highlight ist und bleibt der Ausblick. Ein großes Dankeschön an Agnese Tochter Francesca, die unsere Ansprechperson war 🙂

If you want to stay in the bluezone town of Baunei, this place is perfect. The highlight was the balcony - one of the best views (if not, the best view) i've ever seen! There are two balconies - your private small one and the shared large balcony which we had to ourselves 99% of the time. A spritz, cheese and Sardinian bread with our friends on this balcony will be a forever memory on our Sardinian trip. A local grocery store with a deli of fresh bread and cheeses only a 30 second (maybe more, but felt very short) walk up the cobblestone street. We had two rental cars between us four, and Giovani was very accomodating - but lucky we had little cars. If you have limited Italian, I would recommend having google translate at the ready for check-in. A great stay and would stay here next time we are in Baunei no doubt.

We had a beautiful stay at Rominas apartment! The Terrasse with the most beautiful view is very special! There were baby cats - which made it even more cute! The apartment ist equipped with all basics - if you like it simple it’s a perfect match!

Casetta tipica, curata in ogni dettaglio. Giardino stupendo, un oasi di pace e serenità. Torneremo sicuramente.

Rustige plek met fantastisch uitzicht. Vanaf het huisje waren er stranden goed bereikbaar. Ook voor een aantal andere activiteiten (museum, grotten, restaurants) is het huisje een goede uitvals basis als je van lekker rustig houdt. Het huisje was trouwens ook erg schoon, heel fijn.

le logement d Ivo correspond parfaitement à la description et la vue de la mer depuis la terrasse est apaisante. si vous avez le courage de vous lever tôt vous profiterez d un magnifique lever de soleil. Ivo est très accueillant et vous donnera plein d infos sur les restos, il m indiqué un départ de rando magnifique , et une belle plage tranquille est à 5 min de la maison en voiture.

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Veronica und Luca sehr wohl gefühlt. Das kleine Appartement ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Innerhalb weniger Minuten ist man in Oristano und den Stränden.

Very great stay with a very nice host! No hidden costs and good services! The house is clean and close to the main street of Tertenia. It is important to note that you share the front porch/parking space with another rented appartment and that the street leading to it is narrow and difficult for a car to drive in.

The accommodation is extremely gorgeous with beautiful views! It’s very private and remote from bigger cities, so to discover the island and its beaches a car is needed. The rooms, such as bathroom and kitchen were clean and well organised. With the windows open at night and the ventilation on, the rooms were chill. The host of the vintage bungalow is very polite and kind, he also respond fast to questions! I would totally recommend this hostel, to people who loves and enjoys a calm and peaceful atmosphere! The beach can be reached very well and the accommodation includes sun umbrellas! In the morning or evening a cat family often visits the veranda. The cats are very friendly to people. The property is green and also includes much space to park a car. There is also an opportunity to grill food. A 10/10 Stay in the beautiful region of sardegna.

Uns hat es bei Ginap ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Auf unserer Sardinienreise war dies definitiv die schönste Unterkunft, ein süßes, liebevoll gestaltetes, kleines Häuschen. Der Weg zum wunderschönen Strand war auch mit zwei kleinen Kindern gut machbar. Gina war unheimlich nett und zuvorkommend und hat stets unmittelbar auf unsere Fragen reagiert. Wir durften sogar die Schildkröten füttern, ein großes Highlight für die Kinder. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

La maison était parfaite et très propre. On s’est senti très bien. L’appartement est bien disposé et dispose de tout., nous étions avec notre fille de 2 ans, lit parapluie à disposition et même un petit toboggan dans le jardin. La proximité de la route ne dérange absolument pas car bien isolée, la propriété est bien entretenue. Carla nous a apporté des gâteaux et des spécialités sardes. La plage est à 5mn à pied , c’est une belle plage propre parfaite pour les familles. Un petit supermarché et un vendeur de poisson frais sont aussi à 5mn à pied. Je recommande vivement.

Alloggio uguale alle foto, due terrazzi enormi entrambi con tavoli e sedie per poter mangiare in tranquillità. Pulizia impeccabile, la casa offriva qualsiasi cosa fosse necessario per la vita di tutti i giorni in casa e al mare! Host disponibile a qualsiasi chiarezza. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le migliori spiagge della zona e comunque qualsiasi parte della Sardegna raggiungibile facilmente in auto. Posada è un bel paesino calmo tranquillo ma che offre qualsiasi cosa serva: farmacia, ristoranti, panificio (ottimi panini imbottiti e focacce super buone e economiche!), bar tabacchini… insomma qualsiasi bisogno può essere soddisfatto con una piccola passeggiata sotto casa! Valutazione ottima ci ritornerei.

Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse in einer ruhigen Wohngegend…. wir haben knapp zwei Wochen hier verbracht… es war einfach nur toll. Das Haus ist ziemlich neu und die Wohnung zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet. Alles war äußerst sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, ruhig und relativ nah zum Zentrum. Alles hat gepasst. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

L’abitazione è in una ottima posizione vicina a mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi. Molti negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. Antonella è una persona disponibile e gentile. Siamo stati contenti del soggiorno quindi penso ci ritorneremo.

L'appartement est vraiment top: Très pratique même dans les détails et très propre. Rosalba est une hôte très amicale, dans la disponibilité pour l'aide à apporter. Cet appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles amplement.

Cala Gonone è una bomba, mare pazzesco e falesie a due passi, perfetto per arrampicare tutto il giorno. La casa comoda e pulita, ci si sta molto bene. Host super gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei anche domani, senza dubbio.

Small apartment just next to a beach. We were working remotely from the apartment. Wifi wasn’t good, but according to Graziano, that should change in the future. Also the kitchen is really small and on the opposite side of the apartment that the table. We appreciated washing machine, huge terrace and closeness of the sea. Graziano is really nice guy.

Gian Franca is from the sweetest persons I have ever met. She was always attentive and caring and always paying attention to if we need anything. She prepared the flat impeccably. It was a pleasure to stay at her place. Super mountain view, and quiet place. Next to one of the main streets of the Village. I felt I was at my own place in Portugal! Warm regares to the family!

Laura è stata gentilissima e l’appartamento era esattamente come descritto e visto in foto. Pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e super attrezzato con lavatrice lavastoviglie condizionatore e posto per stendere! La cucina è super attrezzata! Un soggiorno ottimo! È stato come essere a casa. Se tornerò in zona sicuramente lo prenderò in considerazione!
