House holiday rentals in Province of Prato

Amazing two story room with an amazing view to the hills of Tuscany, highly recommend. We came in very late as well at around 23:30 and the host stayed up and welcomed us despite the late hour.

Am allerbesten war der Poolbereich! Riesengrosser, sauberer Pool, mit vielen Liegen, toller Gartenbereich! Die Lounge am Pool war top, mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem kleinen Kühlschrank für die Getränke am Pool! Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf Florenz! Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder neu renoviert! Einzig die Betten waren sehr unbequem! Cinzia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer zu erreichen, immer gut drauf und stets hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal für den sehr entspannten Urlaub!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Sehr netter Gastgeber, er hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten regiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Whirlpool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay ! The house is very nice as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bathroom in modern and very nice. The second bathroom is a little dated but does the job. Airconditioning is in the kitchen/ livingroom but the walls are very thick so the bedrooms stayed fairly cool (it was 38-40 ° C when we stayed - airing though in the morning and keeping the aircon running). The garden was very private, big and enclosed so the children were able to run around freely. The whole compound was very nicely kept. The pool was beautiful and all visitors were nice and respectful. I would recommend having a car when staying due to shopping and visiting the nice Tuscan villages and cities. They are all about 20min-2hr drive away. Leonardo is a great host. He greeted us personally and was very eager to make it as comfortable as possible. Quickly responded and evens organised a baby bed. We will definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay full of good vibes from beginning to end! Casa Manilo is a place full of heart and history, in a beautiful and quiet location nestled on the hills. It's very well equipped and taken care of, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Max (and Nico) was such a friendly, generous and personable host. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Een prachtig verblijf. We hebben vanuit deze locatie een dagje Florence gedaan. Een half uur met de trein vanuit calenzano. Host heel goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Leuk het zwembad erbij met een prachtige relaxtuin.

I wanted a place that was close to the University of New Haven Prato Campus. It was less than a 3 minute walk. The castle ruins, museum and duomo were all a quick walk. The train station was walkable as well and the grocery store was less than a 3 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shopping to choose from. The host was helpful and quick to answer questions. Very clean flat! I truly enjoyed my stay!

Andreas et son logement ont contribué à notre superbe séjour dans cette région magnifique. La maison est très confortable avec tous les équipements (lave-linge, lave vaisselle, climatiseur, extérieur...) pour passer de bonnes vacances. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé le train pour se rendre dans l'hypercentre de Firenze peu cher et rapide , la ligne mène à Pise. Nous avons facilement garé la voiture , utile pour aller découvrir Sienne, San Gimignano entre autre. L'accueil d'Andreas et la découverte de la location, nous ont immédiatement séduits . C'est un hôte attentionné, réactif qui a su nous mettre en confiance pour poursuivre nos vacances dans les meilleures conditions possibles. Nous conseillons grandement Merci ... pour cette semaine.

Il Sartino è un agriturismo a conduzione familiare, immerso nel verde di una collina silenziosa dalla quale è possibile ammirare una vista meravigliosa. Elena è una ragazza gentile e solare, pronta a venire incontro alle esigenze dei propri ospiti. È già la terza volta che sono loro ospite e in questo ultima visita ho avuto modo di cenare e fare colazione con gli ottimi prodotti dell’agriturismo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare nuovamente!

Estadia impecável, limpeza e espaço da residência ótimos. Não é difícil de achar, mas para localização tem que pegar metro e ônibus para chegar na residência. Fica um pouco distante de firenze, alugamos um carro para poder nos locomover nos dias em que ficamos, de carro é 30 minutos para firenze e atrações em Pisa também. Para Toscana e rotas de vinho uns 40 minutos também de carro. Pra quem gosta de ficar mais distante do centro é um lugar bom, tem mercado a uns 14 minutos andando. A casa é confortável e tem ar-condicionado no quarto, mas como a casa é fria quase não é necessário o uso do mesmo. Possui todos os utensílios necessário.

Traumhafte Unterkunft, die mehr als fünf Sterne verdient hätte. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Maria Chiara hat uns zur verabredeten Zeit herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns die Räume in der stimmungsvollen und gemütlichen toskanischen Villa gezeigt und jede Frage um unseren Aufenthalt kompetent beantwortet. Die Villa ist im Grünen gelegen, in schöner Landschaft, aber nur einen Katzensprung von Florenz entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, gemütlich, gepflegt und hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick über Wald, Hügel und Wiesen. Im Erdgeschoss darunter ist eine Osteria mit sehr freundlicher, gemütlicher Atmosphäre und hervorragender toskanischer Küche. Dank an Maria Chiara und auch an das Team der Osteria für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo alloggio. Proprietari disponibili e precisi nelle indicazioni. Pulizia impeccabile, casa ordinata e spaziosa.

El departamento muy bonito y acogedor, lo único es que si vas para ir a Florencia es un poco difícil encontrar tren y buses hasta tarde

Beautiful spacious place, just as in the photos, everything worked well and there is excellent wifi. Alessandro was there to meet us, even though we were delayed at the airport. He made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the station, and there are lots of nice places to eat and drink within walking distance. The locals were very friendly, and kind when we tried to speak Italian! Thank you for a lovely stay, Alessandro!

Il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole. I locali corrispondono completamente alla descrizione fornita ed anche oltre (in positivo). I proprietari sono reattivi, gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza per rendere il soggiorno degli ospiti ancor più speciale. L’accoglienza è stata esaustiva di tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno. La disponibilità accordata è stata pari a quella che si riceverebbe in famiglia. Consigliamo vivamente di soggiornare in questo posto nel caso ci si trovi a visitare i dintorni.

Valentina è stata sempre disponibile e gentile, davvero una superhost. Posto molto tranquillo e ben servito. Sono stato benissimo. Appartamento molto funzionale, c’è tutto quello che serve, anche per soggiornare per un periodo mediamente lungo, come nel mio caso.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here! The house is located down a hill and is right next to a little river, which in our case was filled enough with water to swim and cool down from the lovely hot weather. We were 8 people in total and still even had a room free at the end. The vesinity was outstanding, surrounded by nature and very cosy. Desiree (the host) was also very helpful with everything and made our stay very welcoming. Thank you for a lovely time, we will definitely be back! Absolute Gem if you want a detox from modern busy life.

I had a fantastic stay at Alberto’s apartment in Florence. The space was incredibly spacious, charming, and very well equipped with everything I needed. It actually felt much bigger than I expected and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, very close to everything I wanted to see and do. Alberto was very informative when he gave me recommendations when I checked in. One of the biggest perks was the private parking spot right next to the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here.

Nous avons été bien accueilli par Giorgia, nous n'avons pas eu de difficulté à communiquer avec elle qui parle bien le français. Le logement était été nickel à notre arrivée et était bien équipé. Nous recommandons ce logement.

É stata una esperienza meravigliosa! Barbara e Alfiero sono delle ospiti stupendi, dal primo minuto ti senti come a casa tua. La casa é molto bella e accogliente, piena di belli dettagli, da parte degli ospiti. La pulizia impecabile. Il giardino bellisimo! La ubicazione é molto comoda, vicino a tutto.
