호스트가 너무나 친절하고 빠르게 응답해주었으며 택시 예약까지 빠르게 도와주어서 무척 감사했습니다. 비록 피렌체 중심부와는 살짝 멀지만 30 분-1 시간 정도면 기차로 이동할 수 있어서 그렇게 불편하진 않았습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편하지만 와이파이는 조금 안터졌습니다. 하지만 호스트에게 연락하면 금방 도와줄 수 있다고 했기에 만족합니다.

This place was a gem! The reviews all mention the care of the host : I definitely second that 👍🏻 She was super proactive, never had a host who cared as much! It was right beside a train station that made going to Florence, Pisa and Venice super easy.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa villa! La casa è super attrezzata per cucinare, con tutto l’occorrente a disposizione. Gli spazi esterni sono splendidi: tanto verde ben curato, ideale per rilassarsi. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, e la zona è tranquillissima, ottima per staccare la spina. La vista è magnifica e la piscina era perfetta! Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l’host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Consigliatissima

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Carolina’s beautiful Villa and the Rose Cottage, where we stayed, are well kept and beautifully renovated. Reception was very nice and easy, and the location is splendid for those who like to get out of the busy Florence. The garden is beautiful in May! The bed was nice and the bathroom very clean. Breakfast was great and served in the Villa. Even though May offers warm weather, we did not get a dip in the nice pool. We got recommendations for two really good restaurants in the neighborhood that we visited - and we were not disappointed. On top of this, Carolina and her mother Monica were very nice and pleasant hosts. I would highly recommend a stay at Carolinas place!

Appartamento molto bello, pulito, in una posizione ottima sia per visitare la città di Prato che per andare in stazione e spostarsi. Molto tranquilla e silenziosa la zona e nelle vicinanze ci sono pizzerie, ristoranti e altri locali. Giulia molto disponibile per consigli su parcheggio e come spostarsi. Ci ritornerei senza dubbio.

L'appartamento è molto grande e ben ordinato. Trovarlo è stato piuttosto semplice e le indicazioni fornite da Tatiana sono state chiare e utili per effettuare velocemente il check-in. L'host è sempre stata tempestiva nelle risposte. La cosa che migliorerei è la macchina del caffè: Tatiana ci ha carinamente fornito delle cialde ma il vano cialda era da due, quindi è venuto acquoso. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva e mi sento di consigliare questo alloggio.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno da Silvia e mi sono trovata molto bene. Casa accogliente e molto pulita con tutto il necessario. Posizione comoda sia per Firenze con la tramvia sia per i negozi del quartiere. Silvia è gentile, disponibile e mai invadente. Appartamento consigliato!

Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos y es realmente un placer, súper limpio, todo es de categoría, silencioso, bien acondicionado. Es fácil conseguir estacionamiento abajo y tiene negocios en los que podes conseguir todo lo necesario. Volveremos!

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

We chose this apartment for our Honeymoon and we can say, that it was our the best decision. :) Andrea is exceptional and very kind person. If we visit Italy again, we know that her accommondation will be our first choice! We will recomment everywhere when we will can. The apartment is in very good place, very near Firenze and Pisa. Andrea had a good point when we wanted to visit a Firenze, just leave the car in Signa town (she recomments a free parking place) and continue by train. Thank you Andrea for everything! We loved our stay at Cristina’s place, it was as described and perfect for our trip to Florence! The apartment is spacious and close to public transport, it was clean and inviting. We would recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très propre et fidèle à la description. Francesco est très réactif et arrangeant. Literie très confortable.

L'alloggio di Simone è situato nel centro di Prato, e la presenza di un posto auto è pertanto un valore aggiunto non trascurabile. Le indicazioni forniteci per raggiungere l'alloggio ed effettuare il check-in sono state molto chiare. L'alloggio è curato in ogni dettaglio, ed è dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, etc) non manca nulla. All'arrivo era tutto in ordine e molto pulito. Simone è stato un host molto attento e gentile, abbiamo avuto bisogno di lui per alcune informazioni pratiche che ci sono state fornite tempestivamente.

Sandra’s place is lovely and perfect for a stay in Prato. We had ten days here and the apartment had everything we needed. It is stylish and everything is newly decorated. Comfy beds, good air con. Small touches in an Airbnb rental make all the difference - coffee capsules, washing machine & laundry detergent, good quality soap & other amenities. The apartment is in a great location, very central, everything within easy walking distance. Helpful and responsive communication. Fab wine shop just around the corner and two amazing restaurants in piazza Sant'Agostino just a few minutes away. Highly recommended, we hope this apartment is available next time we come to Prato!

such a fantastic host!! so super helpful when we had to check in later, amazing apartment, close to the station, restaurants (and amazing gelateria round the corner!). everything was super clean, lovely bathroom, the place just had everything we needed!! would stay again!

l’appartement est très bien situé, à 10 min à pied de la gare,et 10 minutes de train on est à Florence. Très arrangeant et serviable,j’étais à moto et j’ai pu la garer en lieu sécurisé dans le garage de sa maman à 200 mètres du logement. deux amies m’ont rejoint, il a même réservé le taxi,pour qu’il n’y ai pas d’erreur. Adorable

Appartamento bellissimo, attrezzato con tutto… la signora Sabrina sempre molto disponibile … appartamento in una zona comodissima per andare al centro di Firenze … stazione centrale a 50 mt dal appartamento con un parcheggio enorme e gratuito affianco la stazione… sicuramente ritorneremo !!!

Fabrizio was an amazing host! When we got to the Signa station, he met us there and when we walked out of the station he gave us a run down of everything to do in Signa and best restaurants and shops/sites to see. Very helpful and insightful about the area and surrounding areas and gave great suggestions. The place is only about a 5 minute walk from the train station which was super awesome. Fabrizio even gave us a personal tour of the place and showed us where everything was. The place is a perfect size for 2 people and had everything you needed to stay there. He was very responsive and super nice. I would definitely recommend!!!
