Super available Listening and very warm welcome

The host was so kind and responsive, and I was very grateful for the quick help with booking a taxi. Although it is a little far from the center of Florence, it wasn't that uncomfortable because it could be reached by train in about 30 minutes and 1 hour. The room was clean and comfortable, but the wifi didn't work a little. However, I'm satisfied that they said they can help me quickly when I contact the host.

This was an extremely special airbnb you are unlikely to find anywhere else. The home is so unique with no plastic anywhere, original stone walls, and beautiful views. We wished we had stayed longer. Ignazio was extremely helpful, picking us up from the train station, showing us local hikes, and making sure we had enough food when the local grocery was closed for a special event. Absolutely recommend.

A beautiful, simple, rustic but impeccably tastefully furnished, one-room cottage in idyllic grounds on the side of a magical Tuscan hillside. Florence, Siena, Lucca and Pisa all within easy reach if you have a car (you need a car to stay here) … And there’s even a pool!! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The house is super equipped for cooking, with everything you need available. The outdoor spaces are beautiful: lots of well-kept greenery, ideal for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the area is very quiet, great for unwinding. The view is magnificent and the pool was perfect! Check-in was simple and communication with the host was impeccable: always available and friendly. Great value for money! Highly recommended

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

This is my second time staying at Silvia's and I had a great time. Cozy and very clean home with all the essentials. Convenient location both for Florence with the tramway and for the neighborhood shops. Silvia is kind, helpful and never intrusive. Recommended apartment!

We spent a week in this amazing place. Very clean accommodation, friendly hosts, I definitely recommend visiting the sauna. There is a very beautiful waterfall nearby. The house has its own territory. The hosts have impeccable taste, everything was provided.

I recommend this apartment for its proximity to the tram that makes Florence accessible in 20 minutes. The terrace is nice and the accommodation is very well equipped and spacious.

Renovated apartment, with 2 bathrooms, perfectly in accordance with the descriptions, cared for in every detail, tidy and clean, equipped with all the necessities for the stay! Excellent host who responds immediately to every communication, he personally welcomed us by introducing us to the house. It was very nice to find 2 bottles of fresh water in the fridge! Very few steps to access the house were not a problem for us who arrived with children, the car parking is on the street and is easily found and is free and quiet. I would like to tell you that the pastry shop in front of the house is excellent for breakfast or coffee breaks.

We loved our stay at Cristina’s place, it was as described and perfect for our trip to Florence! The apartment is spacious and close to public transport, it was clean and inviting. We would recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

Simone's property is located in the center of Prato, and the presence of a parking space is therefore not a negligible added value. The directions provided to us to get to the accommodation and check in were very clear. The accommodation is cared for in every detail, and is equipped with all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) nothing is missing. When they arrived, everything was tidy and very clean. Simone was a very attentive and kind host, we needed him for some practical information that was provided to us in a timely manner.

Sandra’s place is lovely and perfect for a stay in Prato. We had ten days here and the apartment had everything we needed. It is stylish and everything is newly decorated. Comfy beds, good air con. Small touches in an Airbnb rental make all the difference - coffee capsules, washing machine & laundry detergent, good quality soap & other amenities. The apartment is in a great location, very central, everything within easy walking distance. Helpful and responsive communication. Fab wine shop just around the corner and two amazing restaurants in piazza Sant'Agostino just a few minutes away. Highly recommended, we hope this apartment is available next time we come to Prato!

Beautiful apartment, equipped with everything... Mrs. Sabrina is always very helpful... apartment in a very convenient area to go to the center of Florence... central station 50 meters from the apartment with a huge and free parking lot next to the station... we will definitely be back!!!

Alessandro was very responsive for early check in, met us at the door to give a Tour, helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight and recommend a dinner restaurant. 10 minute walk to train station into downtown Florence for the day 1.60 euro each way.

Staying at Fabrizio's place was just perfect. Everything is very well arranged and clean. We can see that he puts a lot of effort into making us feel good. Signa is also a lovely little town, which allows for tranquility after the days of visiting Florence, the train station is close and takes you directly to the center in 20 minutes. Fabrizio is also a welcoming and proactive host, always ready to answer questions or recommend things to do. Their generosity is worth highlighting! Thanks again! Go ahead without hesitation 😊
