Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Prato

Amazing two story room with an amazing view to the hills of Tuscany, highly recommend. We came in very late as well at around 23:30 and the host stayed up and welcomed us despite the late hour.

Am allerbesten war der Poolbereich! Riesengrosser, sauberer Pool, mit vielen Liegen, toller Gartenbereich! Die Lounge am Pool war top, mit gemütlichen Sitzgelegenheiten und einem kleinen Kühlschrank für die Getränke am Pool! Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine fantastische Aussicht auf Florenz! Das Haus selbst war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Bäder neu renoviert! Einzig die Betten waren sehr unbequem! Cinzia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer zu erreichen, immer gut drauf und stets hilfsbereit! Vielen Dank nochmal für den sehr entspannten Urlaub!

Wir (6 Erwachsene, 2 kleine Kinder) hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir haben den großen, gepflegten Garten mit Ausblick und den Pool genossen, sowie die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, den Grill und den Pizzasteinofen im Garten. Das Haus ist groß, komfortabel und sauber. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut und schnell erreichbar. Es ist nah an Florenz und anderen sehenswerten Städten. Die Kommunikation, der Check-in und - out verliefen unkompliziert, freundlich und reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Sehr netter Gastgeber, er hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten regiert. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und der Whirlpool war natürlich ein Highlight. Wir würden wiederkommen.

We had a wonderful stay ! The house is very nice as shown in the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped, the main bathroom in modern and very nice. The second bathroom is a little dated but does the job. Airconditioning is in the kitchen/ livingroom but the walls are very thick so the bedrooms stayed fairly cool (it was 38-40 ° C when we stayed - airing though in the morning and keeping the aircon running). The garden was very private, big and enclosed so the children were able to run around freely. The whole compound was very nicely kept. The pool was beautiful and all visitors were nice and respectful. I would recommend having a car when staying due to shopping and visiting the nice Tuscan villages and cities. They are all about 20min-2hr drive away. Leonardo is a great host. He greeted us personally and was very eager to make it as comfortable as possible. Quickly responded and evens organised a baby bed. We will definitely come again.

We had a lovely stay full of good vibes from beginning to end! Casa Manilo is a place full of heart and history, in a beautiful and quiet location nestled on the hills. It's very well equipped and taken care of, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Max (and Nico) was such a friendly, generous and personable host. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough and we will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Een prachtig verblijf. We hebben vanuit deze locatie een dagje Florence gedaan. Een half uur met de trein vanuit calenzano. Host heel goed bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Leuk het zwembad erbij met een prachtige relaxtuin.

Lieu magnifique, fidèle aux photos, découvert au petit matin après qu'Alessandro nous ait accueillis avec le sourire au milieu de la nuit à la suite de problèmes sur la route. Le domaine est superbe, au cœur de la nature, accolé à un terrain de golf. Un peu plus loin des lieux de visite (petites routes), mais c'est la contrepartie au cadre idyllique. Les espaces extérieurs sont nombreux et agréables. La piscine est calme, grande, bien entretenue, peu chlorée et entourée d'arbres pour avoir un peu d'ombre. L'appartement est grand et typique, un peu sombre mais cela permet de garder de la fraîcheur (merci la climatisation ! ) La possibilité de petit-déjeuner au Golf à ~15 minutes (agréable a pied) ou 10 minutes de voiture (bien plus pratique avec pousette) dépanne bien (type italien, tarif correct et cadre tout aussi calme et idyllique) Il est également très agréable d'avoir à dispositions les condiments. Nombreux moustiques malgré les moustiquaires (fenêtres, lit)

Cet endroit est juste magique. Nous y avons passé 9 jours de rêve au calme. Bianca et ses parents nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait visiter le lieu de résidence jouxté à leur belle maison, entourée de nature et en pleine campagne (une voiture est indispensable pour y accéder). La vue est magnifique, et le panorama vu de la piscine est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le petit chemin pour accéder à la maison est un point de vue parfait pour les photos de coucher de soleil. Le lieu de résidence est tout simple mais soigné, et nous avons eu toute l'intimité voulue. Bianca et ses parents sont restés très discrets. Seul le chat venait parfois nous saluer sans nous importuner pour autant. Bianca nous a même aidés à effectuer une réservation dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants tout proches. Nous conseillerons ce lieu de résidence à nos amis qui veulent visiter la Toscane (Florence et Lucca tout proches).

Das Ferienhaus und der Garten mit Pool ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist liebevoll im eingerichtet im Toskana Stil. Alles war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Benedetta und ihr Vater sind sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die uns jederzeit unsere Fragen beantwortet haben und sehr gute Empfehlungen für Besichtigungen und Restaurants gegeben haben. Als unser Auto repariert werden musste ist der Vater mit uns in die Werkstatt gefahren und war bei der Übersetzung behilflich. Danke nochmals für die selbstlose Hilfe. Wir werden diesen schönen Urlaub immer als das kleine Paradies in Erinnerung behalten, das von sehr lieben Menschen geführt wird. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Luca fué muy amable y atento. El apartamento impecable, incluso mejor que en las fotos. Fue una muy buena experiencia.

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.

We had a lovely a time at the property. It was exactly as described and had amazing views. The host was very welcoming and was exceptionally helpful. It is fairly easily to get to the city centre from the property. There are two fairly regular buses and we were able to use a maps app pretty successfully to predict travel times.

Incredible host. Incredible house. You feel like you are inside a postcard. The most beautiful views are all around you. We did not want to leave. Just breathtaking.

This 500 year old house is ideally situated in Tuscany and the Chianti region. It is a perfect place for day trips to other towns, for wine, tasting excursions, and for visiting Florence. The idyllic setting gives you a sense of country life in Italy, and the views from the patio and house are stunning. There are spectacular wineries within 5 to 10 minutes of the house. We found the house very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very very much. Rose and Pier couldn’t have been more helpful in planning our stay and excursions. We found through them fabulous restaurants, and wineries that we would not have discovered on our own. They were also incredibly responsive when we had questions. Our only confusion about the house was that the listing showed three bathrooms, but one was in the laundry room in a separate building . Just something to know. Thank you to Rose for a lovely vacation ! It was the perfect place to explore Tuscany from!

We can't imagine a more beautiful place to stay while we visited Chianti! The location is absolutely heavenly, and Emanuela's home is stunning. Everything was so comfortable, and our family particularly loved spending time outside and enjoying the pool. It's conveniently located for several Tuscan day trips, and there are many amazing wineries nearby. And the icing on the cake were Emanuela and Giovanni, who went above and beyond in helping us throughout our trip - from recommendations and help with reservations to having a few food items and coffee stocked for our first day's breakfast. Easily the best hosts we've ever enjoyed in our years staying in Airbnbs!

Nicoletta greeted us at check in and gave us a tour of the property. She was always responsive and timely. The listing quite frankly undersold the size, space, and beauty of the entire package. The house kept its historical charm while offering the modern amenities including large updated bathrooms, pool, gardens, lounging areas, and a full kitchen. Staying here was truly and escape to the country side where the private pool overlooked an amazing and secluded view of the area. This house is ideal for those seeking an authentic Italian villa. It was really an amazing experience.

Wunderschönes, gepflegtes Anwesen, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, herrliche Aussicht.

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

We had an amazing stay here! The property is beautiful: great views, flowers and lemon/orange trees were blooming, and the pool was great plus super clean! The bnb was cozy with traditional Tuscany vibes. Giovanna and Luigi were amazing! Super friendly, loving, helpful, and funny 😁 highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful country setting!
