Holiday rentals with a patio in Province of Sondrio

هذه المرة الثانية التي نسكن بها في هذه الشقة الرائعة هي تحفة بمعنى الكلمة وتقع في الجوهرة المخفية لبحيرة كومو في قرية ريوزنونكو مطابقة فعلا للصور القرية التاريخية هادئة جدا ولا تسمع ضجيج السيارات لأنها تعبر من النفق أما الإطلالة فهي الأروع على الإطلاق نستمتع يوميا بالجلوس على النافذة وتناول الافطار أو شرب القهوة يوجد شاطيء صغير في الأسفل كما يوجد شاطئ رائع مخفي في الجوار وهناك بقالة صغيرة في الأعلى بها كل الاحتياجات الأساسية وستجد بعض أجبان المنطقة أليساندرو كان رائعا ومتفهما وسريع الاستجابة وقدم لنا نصائح مفيدة سنعود دوما بالتأكيد حيث الجمال والاسترخاء والهدوء شكرا أليساندرو

Wir haben 9 Tage mit unserem 11 Monate alten Sohn in der Wohnung verbracht. Wir sind super zufrieden und können sie gerade für kleine Familien sehr empfehlen. Für unseren Sohn war ein Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Zudem ist die Wohnung ziemlich kindersicher gestaltet und so konnte sich unser Kleiner ohne Probleme frei in der Wohnung bewegen. Der kleine Garten ist auch ein großer Pluspunkt und ist wie die Wohnung auch super ordentlich und gepflegt. Einfach super! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Casa meravigliosa, ristrutturata da poco e curata in ogni dettaglio (nella cucina c'è proprio di tutto). I proprietari ci hanno anche fatto trovare qualcosa per colazione e cena, molto apprezzato

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

It was perfect for us! We loved the beautiful view from the balcony! I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

Claudia and Alessandro are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind 😊 The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bus stop, shop and restaurant are a few minutes away from the apartment. You can easily get to Bar Milano by night bus or via the Via per Perledo footpath.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Dank der guten Beschreibung und eines Videos haben wir die Unterkunft auch direkt gefunden. Die Stadt Bellano war mit dem Auto innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreichbar und zu Fuß innerhalb von 30 Minuten. Es gibt auch einen schönen Außenbereich! Elisabetta ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Wir waren sehr zufrieden :)

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

La maison de Julien, nichée dans la montagne est un endroit atypique, cosy et très paisible. En s'y rendant, vous aurez une vue sur le lac de Côme à vous couper le souffle. De nombreuses randonnées sont accessibles depuis la maison. Vous trouverez aussi à Colico de nombreux restaurants, des plages pour se baigner et de quoi faire du shopping. Julien est un super hôte, accueillant, bienveillant et plein de conseils pour un séjour réussi. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour.

Heel mooie omgeving en mooie woning. Prachtig uitzicht. Enige minpuntje, jammer dat er in de buurt geen winkel is, moet je al een eind verplaatsen. Mits wat organisatie, lukt dit wel. Genoten van het verblijf!

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit in Kathryns Wohnung gehabt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet zum Kochen und auch sonst so eingerichtet, dass wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben. Man hat einen sehr schönen Blick auf den Comer See und eine schöne Terrasse. Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Ortes, dieser ist gut mit dem Bus angebunden, der Bus braucht nur ca. 5-10 min nach Menaggio. Im Ort gibt es mehrere sehr gute Geschäfte (Obst und Gemüse, kleiner Supermarkt und Metzger). Außerdem gibt es auch 2 gute Restaurants. Der Ort war nicht überlaufen so wie andere Orte am Comer See. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Appartement ist im wunderschönen Vestreno oberhalb vom Comer See und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man Brot fürs Frühstück, frischen Schinken, Käse und alles andere bekommt. Laura gibt tolle Tipps für Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Leider ist der Parkplatz vor dem Haus kein richtiger Parkplatz. Man kann ihn gut zum Be- und Entladen verwenden. Zum Parken muss man sich aber einen Platz im Dorf suchen.

I like to imagine this was someone's grandma's house... It feels very authentic and the views are incredible.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Küche, das Bad und der Balkon sind super. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Man kann locker an den Strand laufen. Zur Wohnung zurück geht es dann eben bergauf 😊.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

Wir waren für eine Woche in Colico. Die Unterkunft ist schön und zweckmäßig. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Pool ist erfrischend und selten voll. Da die Unterkunft etwas oberhalb liegt, muss man zurück immer bergauf (laufen oder fahren). Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt eine normale Kaffeemaschine und eine Kapsel Maschine für Dolce Gusto (ist zu beachten wenn man Kaffeekapseln mitnehmen möchte)

It was a great accommodation and Bea is a very helpful and discreet host. We’ve loved the place and it was such a lovely garden for my kids to play with. We would like to come back again. Thank you Bea! 🙂

Simone hat uns empfangen und die Unterkunft gezeigt. Er und seine Frau waren sehr nett und aufmerksam. Zudem gab es vor dem Haus auch die Möglichkeit das Auto abzustellen. Auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht dort waren hat es sich angefühlt wie zuhause.

Ho prenotato l'appartamento di Federico per poter fare qualche trekking. La posizione della casa è ottimale per muoversi nella zona e cosa molto importante è anche provvista di box privato. Ho trovato l'appartamento pulito e ordinato. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è veramente ottimale

Roberto & Elizabeth's were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. The views from every room as well as from the balcony & yard were amazing! I never wanted to leave! The name Paradise House is very apt!! The climb from Varenna to Vezio is very steep and footing can be challenging. Our adult kids did fine with it, but advised us (80 year olds) not to try. Roberto would have taken us down by car, but we did fine with the local restaurant and enjoyed our balcony so much that we didn't mind staying put. Roberto picked us up at the train and generously gave us a ride to our next accommodation in Bellano!
