Good Communication and Apartment with a really nice view!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Wonderful house, recently renovated and cared for in every detail (in the kitchen there is just about everything). The owners also left us something for breakfast and dinner, much appreciated

This was our first time visiting Lake Como and we could not be happier with our stay at Andrea’s place! The views from the apartment are amazing and the area has lots to do/see. It is about a 20 minute walk down to the Varenna area and there is a night bus that will pick you up from the Varenna train station if you don’t want to hike back up the hill (which is free!). The host was very accommodating for check-in and check-out. He offered to even drive us from the train station and gave us local recommendations for restaurants. You will not be disappointed booking here!!

Claudia and Alessandro are excellent hosts, very helpful and kind 😊 The apartment is great, spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bus stop, shop and restaurant are a few minutes away from the apartment. You can easily get to Bar Milano by night bus or via the Via per Perledo footpath.

It was perfect for us! We loved the beautiful view from the balcony! I would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

We loved staying at Alma Lake! It was quiet, clean and peaceful. The view was remarkably stunning and the porch-patio area was so nice to hang out on after a long day on lake Como. The apartment is very modern and the air conditioning in the bedroom was a huge plus. Be aware the walk from town to the apartment is uphill and steep. Overall we thought Elisabetta was kind, helpful and a gracious host.

Nice place, convenient location

The house is charming and comfortable, ideally located. It is even better and more spacious than the pictures portray. The hosts were very helpful when my son got sick. And they let us know that the train would not be available after a certain date so we could plan our travel back to the airport accordingly. There is no a.c. But we had a fan for every bedroom. All of their recommendations are terrific, especially the closest restaurant, Locanda Cavallino. We ate there twice. And the view…unreal.

Julien's house, nestled in the mountain, is an atypical, cozy and very peaceful place. When you get there, you will have a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Many hikes are accessible from the house. You will also find in Colico many restaurants, beaches for swimming and shopping. Julien is a great host, welcoming, caring and full of tips for a successful stay. We are very happy with our stay.

We had a very nice time in Kathryn's apartment. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and also otherwise furnished in such a way that we felt very comfortable. You have a very nice view of Lake Como and a beautiful terrace. The apartment is located above the village, which is well connected by bus, the bus takes only about 5-10 minutes to Menaggio. In the village, there are several very good shops (fruit and vegetables, small supermarket and butcher). There are also 2 good restaurants. The place was not crowded like other places on Lake Como. We enjoyed it very much.

The apartment is located in beautiful Vestreno above Lake Como and is equipped with everything you need. In the village there is a small supermarket where you can get bread for breakfast, fresh ham, cheese and everything else. Laura gives great tips for restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Unfortunately, the parking in front of the house is not a real parking. It's easy to use for loading and unloading. But you have to find a place in the village to park.

I like to imagine this was someone's grandma's house... It feels very authentic and the views are incredible.

We felt very comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom and balcony are great. The view is beautiful. You can easily walk to the beach. The way back to the apartment is uphill😊.

Absolutely wonderful! My husband and I chose the right spot for our one night in Tirano. The home was SPOTLESS, allowing me to breathe easy as someone who usually struggles with environmental allergies (zero issues in this super-clean home). The views from the balcony and patio were gorgeous and relaxing. Maurizio is friendly and attentive, and the instructions to find the Airbnb were clear. Highly recommend! :)

The house is fantastic, wonderful view, large garden, two relaxation areas in the yard, well-kept and clean house. Our stay was simply incredible! Special thanks to the hostess Bea, she was very kind to us, called a taxi for us, and on the day of departure took us to the station so that we wouldn't have to wait long for a taxi, they also left us some gifts in the kitchen, it was very nice and cool!!! This is definitely the best house we have ever been to! I sincerely advise everyone who wants to relax away from the noise!!! Thank you! ☺️

Amazing place good for family with a children

Roberto & Elizabeth's were so welcoming and attentive to our needs. The views from every room as well as from the balcony & yard were amazing! I never wanted to leave! The name Paradise House is very apt!! The climb from Varenna to Vezio is very steep and footing can be challenging. Our adult kids did fine with it, but advised us (80 year olds) not to try. Roberto would have taken us down by car, but we did fine with the local restaurant and enjoyed our balcony so much that we didn't mind staying put. Roberto picked us up at the train and generously gave us a ride to our next accommodation in Bellano!

Very nice little vacation rental. There is everything you need on site. Everything is very neat and well thought out. The apartment makes a very clean and tidy impression and has a small balcony where you can enjoy a coffee or drink wonderfully. Mara and her family are super nice and helpful 😊 If you have any concerns, you will definitely be helped quickly.

Wow, where do I start? Giulia was absolutely amazing! We arrived in Tirano on the Bernina Express and were supposed to rent a car nearby, but they were all rented out. Giulia took time out of her day to help us look for another car. Not only did she find one, but she also picked us up and drove us there. When it was time to return the car, her husband even gave us a ride back to the station. This has been the best experience my family and I have had with an Airbnb. We also had a very special moment, my cousin’s boyfriend proposed right in the front yard, which has an incredible view! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. Giulia, thank you again for everything! We hope to see you in Boston soon!

It's been a fantastic weekend! The suite is beautifully decorated, everything worked very well and everything necessary was available, even a small gift basket! The drive up is a little adventure but the view is worth it! 10/10! The communication with Massimo was very quick and easy! It was a very romantic and great weekend! Thank you so much!
