Нам очень понравилось у Давиде. Хорошая просторная квартира, все что нужно есть, даже порошок для стирки. На балконе вы можете провести прекрасный вечер любуясь горами. Расположение хорошее, все что нужно не далеко и вокруг приятная тишина. Спасибо Давиде что принял нас с кошкой. Дядя который живет сверху был очень милый и угощал нашу дочь черешней с дерева. От души советую вам эту квартиру. Спасибо Давиде!!!

Siamo tornati in questo alloggio per il ponte di carnevale dopo l'ottima esperienza durante le vacanze natalizie e siamo sempre rimasti molto soddisfatti. Alloggio recentemente ristrutturato e pulitissimo. Box a poche decine di metri, un po' scomodo l'accesso per auto di grandi dimensioni, ma utilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente! Super consigliato.

Casa meravigliosa con una vista da togliere il fiato, comoda alla città di Bormio e alle terme oltre che a tutti i principali luoghi della valtellina. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e le indicazioni che ci sono state date erano chiare e precise. Di sicuro nel caso in cui dovessimo tornare da queste parti faremo di tutto per tornare qua.

L'appartamento è molto bello e carino, dotato di tutto l'occorrente necessario. Situato in una posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto di interesse. È anche abbastanza appartato, quindi si poteva stare tranquilli. L'host Carolin è stata sempre gentilissima, chiara e fornisce un sacco di dettagli e informazioni utili per il soggiorno. È stata veramente una bella esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Abbiamo trascorso qui 3 notti per una minivacanza a sciare. Alloggio tranquillo, senza rumori. A soli 5 min di auto dagli impianti di risalita. Comodo sia per la presenza dell'ascensore che del parcheggio all'interno del comprensorio. Letti e cuscini assolutamente confortevoli, che hanno garantito fantastiche dormite ristoratrice. 😀 Host gentili e con reattività altissima, direi contestuale. Checkin e check out autonomi, comodi e facili! Esperienza positiva.

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is right by the water so you get a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony, helped by Bellano being so incredible! Being in the attic it can get stuffy without the luxury of AC, however we never found it to be a problem in 30 degree heat as you can create a natural draft throughout. The apartment is fully kitted out so you could be very self sufficient if desired. Paola is a brilliant host and her communication was superb. She pre-warned us of the Lecco-Tirano train line works (15/06/25 - 15/09/25), as otherwise we would have been none the wiser. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who was physically challenged though as there’s a lot of stairs to climb due to being at the top of the building. Truth Wine Food & Drink and Che Pasta are definitely worth a visit.

Nous avons été accueillis directement à l’arrivée par Marco qui déjà nous avait contacté quelques jours avant pour s’assurer que tout allait bien se passer. Un très grand merci à Marco pour son parfait professionnalisme. Village très calme et vues magnifiques!!! Espace wellness avec très grande piscine à température parfaite et sauna était extrêmement agréable, nous y étions absolument tous les jours! L’appartement était très propre à l’arrivée et tous les équipements étaient parfaitement entretenus et fonctionnels. C’est la première fois que l’on a eu, par exemple, un four et un lave-vaisselle aussi propres! Tout était donc absolument parfait! Prise pour voiture électrique bien suffisante pour se recharger. Le cadeau de bienvenue était excellent et très agréable! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe! Nous conseillerons cette adresse et Rent All Como à nos amis et notre famille, ce qui n’est pas systématiquement le cas!

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 8 at the Villa. We were prepared for the little walk through the village to access the villa having watched the video that was in the villa manual that was provided in advance of our stay. The villa itself is immaculate and well equipped. We found the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms to be ideal for 4 couples. The bedrooms had breathtaking views of Lake Como and the outside sitting areas were very private and also had great views. The pool was clean and easy to access providing a welcome cool down during hotter days. Maximillian was always available on WhatApp to answer any questions. The village itself is small and quaint - we had a nice rustic meal at the local restaurant and the owners were very hospitable. From the villa we drove down the hill to Menaggio where we got a ferry to explore the region. We hired two cars at Linate Airport & were able to explore easily. Highly recommend a stay at Familia Bremner villa. Thanks Ute & family

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Villetta in zona tranquilla e con una vista splendida sulle montagne. Negozi di prima necessità vicini e comoda per camminate lungo il fiume. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e l'host è stato sempre super disponibile. Alla prossima!

gemütliche Wohnung in laufnähe eines wunderschönen Städtchens! Top sauber, gemütliches Bett, schöne kleine Küche. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in Chiavenna. Danke!

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia e i miei genitori (4 adulti e una bimba) per 2 notti. Peccato non poter rimanere di più. Isabella gentilissima e disponibile. In appartamento non manca nulla, prodotti per la colazione e anche di più. Parcheggio in corte privata. Stazione treni vicinissima, 3/4 minuti a piedi e centro storico a 8 minuti. Supermercato, bar, ristoranti nelle immediatezza vicinanze. Tutto benissimo!

I would like to give the best rating to this wonderful apartment, which we rented for a week. It helped us not to be so sad about the bad weather on the mountain, which limited skiing, because it was pleasant to spend time in this apartment. It is very cozy, bright, with a great panoramic view of Bormio and the mountains. The apartment charmingly combines modern and ancient in a tasteful interior. The apartment is furnished with genuine care and respect for the tenants. It is also very practical and convenient for skiers - there is enough space to store and dry wet clothes. The kitchen is very thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for cooking and for beautiful food enjoyment. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

The house was very clean and accurate to the photos, however it is difficult using the stairs everyday however this is no fault of the host and is simply just the location . Marta answered very quickly when we had questions and was very helpful. Very beautiful area. Would stay again but be mindful of the long up hill walk with stairs.

I had a wonderful stay at Patrizia’s place. It was centrally located and walkable to everywhere in Sondrio. The place was spacious and lots of natural light. Patrizia’s kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything I needed. She also welcomed me with a nice bottle of wine, water bottles, and a basket full of delicious goodies. I’m excited to stay there again later this month.

La casa di Cristian è perfetta e corrisponde alla descrizione. Inoltre, lui è stato sempre molto gentile e reattivo. Sono stati 4 giorni veramente perfetti! Grazie ancora e (speriamo) a presto!
