The house is in the countryside in a quiet place in Montecchio, a small town a few km from Umbrian towns such as Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi and Todi. 20 km from the A1 motorway to easily reach Rome and Florence.

House in an ancient medieval village in Tuscia Viterbese just a few minutes from Lake Vico. It's an hour from Rome and 20 minutes from Viterbo and its thermal baths. It consists of a double bedroom living room with sofa bed , kitchen , bathroom with shower and two balconies. It is located next to the castle of Giulia Farnese. Nearby in addition to the lake with its trekking routes there are Etruscan ruins such as the pumpkin cable, Palazzo Farnese di Caprarola and various routes of the Via Francigena
