Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Angelo è stato un host formidabile, gentile e accogliente. Lui e sua moglie ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa, dandoci consigli su cosa visitare nella zona e facendoci assaggiare il loro olio. Appartamento pulito, spazioso e arredato con gusto, immerso nella campagna umbra con vista sullo splendido borgo di Lugnano in Teverina. Punto strategico tra Lazio ed Umbria per chi vuole visitare zone come la Tuscia o raggiungere Orvieto in giornata. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Very nice place. Quiet, beautiful, very well equipped, Wije the caretaker was very kind and helpful. Lots to see and do an easy drive away.

La ubicació de la casa es absolutament fabulosa, al bell mig dels turons que envolten Todi, amb unes vistes esplèndides. L’apartament on ens vam allotjar és el núm 1, un dels 4 que l’anfitriona lloga dins de la seva propietat. L’espai interior està ben moblat i té tots els estris i comoditats necessàris per passar-hi dies. També té una terrassa privada encantadora per poder sopar a la fresca. Tot el conjunt de la casa està pensat per a la comoditat dels hostes, amb zona de barbacoa i chillout sota un porxo, un jardí molt ben cuidat, i una piscina ideal per banyar-s’hi després de voltar pels lloc d’interès propers un dia calorós d’estiu. Valoro molt especialment el projecte de paisatgisme que enllaça tots els espais exteriors de la casa amb l’entorn natural on està ubicada. La Christiane i la seva filla van ser molt afables i atentes. Hem passat molt bons dies i hi tornarem segur!

Appartamento come da descrizione, posto auto privato all'interno di un cancello elettrico, doppio bagno, letto comodo, abbiamo soggiornato per poco più di una settimana e ci siamo trovati bene. La nota più positiva però è proprio l'host, Giuseppe si è rivelato, oltre che molto celere nel rispondere, anche super disponibile e gentile. Consiglio vivamente!

Wunderbare Location, ich war nur eine Nacht da, empfehlenswert für eine längere Zeit. Alles war tip top.auch wenn wir unterschiedliche Sprachen gesprochen haben, Ada war sehr bemüht, das ich mich wohl fühle. Vielen Dank

Wonderful renovated apartment in the historic center of a very quaint and typical Italian walled town. All the amenities you will need to make a short or long term stay comfortable. The terrace was wonderful to soak in the surrounding panorama and enjoy a coffee, meal, or afternoon drink. Everything was clean and very nicely appointed. Great bars and restaurants within a very short (2-3 minute) walking distance that offer authentic local cuisine and also cater for gluten and lactose free dietary restrictions . Easy 1 hr 45 min drive from Fiumicino and a great access point to visit the surrounding towns and regions. Anders was very responsive and provided excellent recommendations and guidance before and during our stay. I would highly recommend staying at Andres’ place and look forward to returning!

Serena è un host perfetto e la casa è quanto di meglio si possa desiderare nel centro medievale di Viterbo.

Una bella casa comoda, ampia e pulita. miranda e suo figlio sono stati molto disponibili e gentili. La vista sul mare splendida, area tranquilla in un ottima posizione.

We hebben een fantastische week gehad met onze familie in Villa Pupi. Een heel Comfortabel huis van alle gemakken voorzien op een prachtige plek middenin het groen. Trevigano is dichtbij voor boodschappen en heerlijke restaurants. Giorgio was een fijne gastheer. Hij reageerde snel op vragen en dacht mee met ons. Ook Francesco was super aardig en kwam direct langs toen we een urgente vraag hadden. Wij alle zes zijn heel enthousiast over dit huis ook al is het aan de dure kant voor ons was het dit waard. 😀‼️

Comunicazione ottima, posizione molto comoda della villa che mantiene tuttavia la riservatezza e tranquillità. Ci sono tutte le comodità necessarie a una permanenza di diversi giorni. Esperienza da ripetere!!

Al b&b di Giovanna abbiamo trovato ospitalità , pulizia , sono rimasta molto colpita dalle padelle separate una per una con dello scottex , una precisione quasi rara ….la casa e’ molto fresca , c è tranquillità e a pochi passi da CellEno. CONSIGLIATISSIMO !

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Ho consciuto persone meravigliose e sono stata come a casa mia. Ci torneremo sicuramente e nelle vicinanze c'è tutto quello che si desidera compreso un lago meraviglioso!

Abbiamo sfruttato pochissimo le potenzialità di questo appartamento, perché ci occorreva solo per un appoggio notturno ma la casa è veramente bella. Immersa in un contesto tranquillo e bucolico, arredata veramente bene. Super consigliato.

We stayed here for two nights while taking a rest day on the Via Francigena. The apartment is large enough that with just three of us, we all had lots of personal space. The hosts were kind enough to get us fans to deal with the heat, which was very much appreciated! It’s a neat spot with great outdoor spaces.

Posto incantevole, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 giorni e approfittato della posizione per visitare Viterbo e la vicina Orvieto. L'appartamento spazioso, caldo e molto confortevole. (abbiamo utilizzato anche il camino). Torneremo sicuramente in primavera.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour chez Anna. Malgré un petit anicroche pour trouvé l'endroit, notre séjour s'est déroulé très aisément. Le logement est propre et la piscine est un énorme plus (il faisait au dessus de 34 degré Celsius durant notre séjour). Anna a été super gentille et la barrière de la langue ne nous a pas empêché de communiquer grâce à Google traduction ou Whats app. À notre arrivée, nous avions un panier rempli de petites attentions (une bouteille de vin, de l'huile d'olive, du miel et un fromage tout fait maison sur la ferme) et le lendemain de notre première nuit, Anna nous a apporté une pâtisserie des plus délicieuses. Merci Anna pour ce séjour incroyable et nous reviendrons certainement si nous repassons en Toscane.
