Holiday rentals with a pool in Province of Viterbo

Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

We loved our stay in Sara's rustic farmhouse cottage with its glorious views across the valley, little hill towns on the other side and a beautiful scenic drive across to Orvieto on one side (about 1 hour) and Todi on the other. The pool was heavenly. We only had swimming weather for the first week but we were in every day. When the mornings were cold, I also enjoyed sitting by the pool in the morning sun, reading and drinking my coffee. The garden is also beautiful and very quiet. It was so peaceful here - and what a dream to have the pool to ourselves. Sara lives in the other half of the house with Simone, her partner, and Eugene, the dog - but we never saw them (they have their own entrance) except when they were cleaning the pool. The house is full of art and ceramics, some of which are Sara's own, and we even had lunch in Todi at Simone's restaurant. Yes, the road is rough, but so are all roads in Umbria. We have a mini and the road was not a problem.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

We stayed a week in Luca and Anna's place: the spaces are comfortable (although there were 4 of us the sofa bed was strategic). The pool is very nice, well-kept and well guarded by Michele. The location is great for visiting and discovering Viterbese, Luca's tips were very useful to organize us. Luca and Anna have always been very available for any of our requests or needs.

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

Great communication, very convenient location of the villa that, however, maintains privacy and tranquility. There are all the amenities you need for a multi-day stay. Experience to repeat!!

Sara and Salvatore's place is a jewel with every detail. We really appreciated all the little attention given to their guests. The view is incredible and has priceless tranquility. Hosts are available. We hope to be back very soon!

If you stay here, you will find yourself in a painting, so beautiful is this cottage located in the mountains! Lucca is really super nice and funny. He tells a lot. The restaurant they run is fine too, and good food! The breakfast is very good. We definitely recommend this cottage!

Wonderful and scenic beautiful accommodations in a peaceful and serene surroundings. Pool on our doorsteps and felt like we had it all to ourselves, there flying swifts and surrounded by nature. The apartment had everything we needed - a well equipped kitchen, nice smelling soft towels. Cristina was an amazing and friendly host, super helpful and answered any questions we had. And we had a lot. She provided us with a steamer for us to iron our clothes for a wedding we were attending for our stay. She was clear and flexible and allowed us to extend an extra night last minute. We would love to come come back and stay again. We highly recommend this place 🤍

The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Giulia was a wonderful host. She greeted us in person and even gave us some honey as a thank you. Very accommodating host! Great recommendations for activities and restaurants!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment Mirto. Everything was thought of, we were warmly welcomed, there was a huge fruit bowl and wine. The amenities were especially great for families. Even a laundry basket was there. The outdoor area was indescribably beautiful. So much space. So much nature. This tranquility. Heavenly. We slept wonderfully. Beds are very comfortable. There are plenty of cabinets. The furnishings of all rooms are incredibly tasteful. We felt incredibly comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful time ♥️ We recommend a trip to the magical mountain village of Pitigliano, about 1 hour away.

the house is immersed in the greenery of Vallalta in the most natural silence spacious house, clean with fireplace, great for 4 people garden and outdoor space used at its best with BBQ and pool Benedetta, the host of the home, knows how to do her best we had a great time i recommend the location for a relaxing and wellness stay surrounded by greenery

Whether you’re lounging by the magnificent pool, exploring the nearby towns, or simply enjoying a quiet evening on the terrace with a glass of wine, Casale Zeno is the perfect Umbrian stay.

Great value for money, nice welcome and really relaxing place to stay. Though quite rough few kilometres to get to Roberto place, you just have to drive slowly and to rent not the cheapest car on the market:) Thank you Roberto for nice place to stay where you can relax or do sightseeing around.

The house overall was great, we had the whole area gor ourselfes with a lot of fruit-trees arround with the pool as a highlight. The furniture is a bit basic but nothing to worry about. Also the communication with our host was quick and helpful. Just the access road was a bit more offroad than expected. But we would visit again!!

The stay was worth more than 5 stars and exceeded our expectations. The whole property is fantastically beautiful and very well maintained. You feel very comfortable as soon as you drive in. It is very clean, the pool is perfect and the chalet is also absolutely perfect for 2 people. In real life, it's even more beautiful than in photos! Supermarkets are very quickly accessible by car. Giorgio made us feel right at home. I'm sure we'll be back!

We were a group of 4 families with little children between 2-10 years old. The outdoor pool and area are wonderful. The house is divided in many areas, apartments each with their own bathroom, which made it easier for us having private space when needed. We loved the surroundings, and explored the little villages not more than 20 minutes away. The owners were very helpful and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend this place, especially if you are a big group with children. We hope to come visit again.

The place is amazing, location is wonderful, host is great. Only thing you should take into account is bad WiFi. I couldn’t use it at all. So if you want to work remotely there is gonna be a problem.

There were toilets and showers in each room, so it was very comfortable and nice. The surrounding environment is very quiet and there is a large parking lot, so it is comfortable and nice. The supermarket was also close by. The large kitchen and table and enough comfortable chairs were well prepared. We will definitely recommend our friends and family to stay here if we have the chance to visit Rome. I rested comfortably for 3 days in a very good place. Thank you to the hosts who kindly guided us and helped us. I want to see them again.

Great house with great garden and pool! Only note was that there is only ac in one of the four bedrooms so it was quite warm indoors.

Amazing vill in a lovely Town!

we had such a nice stay at this wonderful place. so much space, in the house, the garden and the pool. someone came early in the mornings and took care of the pool and the trash. we loved the kitchen the most, perfect for cooking together. filippo was a nice host and very friendly. we only had some noise around midday, maybe some field/ construction work. but all in all we had a magical time. thank you so much for this :)
