Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. È una ristrutturazione conservativa di un casale antico di fronte al quale i vecchi proprietari avevano una falegnameria diventata oggi una dépendance che conserva tutte le sue particolarità originarie con arredi antichi e pregevoli. È immerso in 3 ettari di Oliveto e noccioleto, la piscina è l' adattamento di un' antica vasca in pietra di raccolta acque piovane . L' area offre innumerevoli angoli suggestivi esterno.

Il cottage ristrutturato in tufo, immerso nel verde, è situato al crocevia tra Umbria, Lazio e Toscana, a pochi minuti dal lago di Bolsena e a circa un'ora dal mare. A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
