Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Appartement Bergristall- Sonnenalm Mountain Lodge

Above Gröbming and only 20 minutes from Schladming, our house is located at 1,200 m on the Michaelerberg. The picturesque natural scenery offers countless opportunities to enjoy all seasons: The ski paradise of the Schladming-Dachstein region in conjunction with Ski amadé is at your doorstep. The Enns Valley offers several 18-hole golf courses and a variety of hiking and biking tours. From the end of May to mid-October, our guests can enjoy the Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card.

In the middle of the Enns Valley mountains lies our lovingly renovated Chalet Leo, adjacent to our mountain farm, at over 1100 m above sea level. Our farm is the perfect place to escape and leave everyday stress behind. Chalet Leo is the ideal starting point for many hikes, exciting and action-packed excursion destinations and offers the best possible relaxation surrounded by nature with magnificent views. Many ski resorts can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

Large house, quite surrounding, beautiful garden

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Larch House

Quiet and sunny on the southern slope of the Kammspitz. Wooden house with ecological and natural building materials. Spacious terrace facing west. Ideal all year round as a starting point, for example, for hiking, mountain biking, climbing tours, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or paragliding. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a bedroom. There are more bedrooms in the attic. Simple amenities.

In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

Ferienhütte Grimming

Our cottage is only a little away from the nearest traffic routes (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or just those who want to unwind! Looking forward to seeing you soon! Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet was just completed a few years ago. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and Netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
