Awesome Stay Bruce and right across the road from the ramp and gas station fantastic.

I loved staying here so much. So beautiful, right on the beach, can't ask for better than that. The view from the deck and inside was so nice. You can hear the waves inside the unit. The cable bay store is very close. Such a lovely place in the far north. I would love to stay here again.

Such a beautiful place to spend a weekend. Cute chalet in the middle of the forrest perfect to get away from the busy city. Caorl was great communication and even surprised us with yummy crepes. The hot tub was also amazing especially with the rainy weather and wind was a great way to spend some time to realx. Would stay again.

Immaculate presentation in a simply stunning location. Fantastic hosts and complete privacy and seclusion. Whangaroa is a hidden jewel, off the beaten track, with plenty of great activities close by. Highly recommend to stay and play at Kauri Hill.

We are delighted with our holiday at Terry’s beautiful home. An incredible view in a position that must be classed as a national treasure! The house is excellent in every way. Super design, spacious rooms highly comfortable beds, a lovely spa pool, highly equipped kitchen and many other great features - all that one can possibly need. We came up from Auckland for a wedding & the property was local to everything The property was great and both Rob & his wife were lovely. We barely seen them so we decided to go say hello down at their Phat House bar in haruru. We had a couple of nephews come and visit while we were up aswell . Catching up with whanau and coming back to relax there was lovely .

Loved every minute of our stay. The scenery is captivating as the houses are nestled at the base of Orowhana, facing directly towards Te Kohuroa. The hot tub was a hit, we kayaked, made pizza, enjoyed the fruit trees and fire place. Hamish, te kaitiaki, was very accomodating and helpful. The beds are comfy, and the kitchen has everything you need. Also loved that every wharepaku had bidets! I could spend weeks, months or even years here haha. It has all the things you need for an incredibly rejuvenating glamping/retreat. We will definitely be back.

It's a little hard to find, but once you get there you are rewarded with an amazing place to stay. Super chill beachy vibe with great outdoor area and fantastic view.

Gorgeous location with a fabulous view and a deck to enjoy it. A Four Square nearby and a few restaurants (an excellent Indian place in Kaeo). We had a fantastic stay over the long weekend

Fantastic position for visiting Cape Reinga and Spirits Bay. Went to the Great sand dunes. Moe came and checked if we needed anything which was nice but great just to relax. Thankyou.

Chris and Garth were kind, responsive and welcoming hosts. We booked short notice and they had the room ready early and even thought to make up the extra bed when they learnt I had a teen travelling with me. The space itself is lovely. It is bigger than it appears in the photos, and is extremely well equipped with entertainment, full sized furniture for just a couple or a small family, and the most beautiful gardens to relax in. The bnb is set well away from the house, so it feels private, and the garden setting makes everything feel so tranquil! Location is 10/10 and if you have a fur baby travelling with you, it will be well taken care of too! Ours loved exploring the gardens as well as the beautiful local walks along the river. We are excited to make a yearly trip back to this accomodation.

Lovely location, harbour is visible from the apartment, handy to both Omapere and Opononi, and an ideal base for exploring the Hokianga in either direction. Relaxing and cosy in the apartment itself, kitchen is set up with the essentials for self-catering, couch is roomy enough for two to spend an evening with the tele or your books. An enjoyable, chilled weekend but would happily stay longer.

We loved our stay at Grants place. The house is on the most peaceful street with the beach and a sand dunes walk right next door. We loved watching the sunrise from our bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and we made delicious meals and ate on the deck with a view. Clean and spacious throughout. We had many things to see in the north and this was a great location to do so and the recommendations from Grant were great. What a gem location! Grant was great to deal with from beginning to end and the price can’t be beat. I highly recommend this lil slice of paradise to anyone coming to see the north or just anyone looking for a peaceful holiday.

If it were possible we'd give this place 10 stars! You won't regret staying here, at your own private slice of Taupo Bay paradise. Whether you're just a couple or with a big group of friends, Gary and Debbie's place is perfect for you. Brilliant communication from area experts. We hope to be back soon 😊

This was the perfect base for while I was working up Kerikeri ways. And this time with a young puppy in tow it was just an awesome place to stay - he in particular loved the kunekunes, which actually were better at "sit" than he was! I think the cottage was just perfect for what i was after - having things like oil, salt, pepper and tea & coffee were an awesome touch, as well as the oranges! Made all the difference for someone who was looking for a home away from home. I will be back and highly recommend. The cottage has everything one would need and would make a great base for travelers and workers alike. Wifi was really fast and during rain days I managed to get a lot of laptop work done too!

We really enjoyed our stay, the fresh oranges were great. Claes was a great host and he checked in with us to make sure we were alright and didn’t need anything. The area is beautiful and a great base to come back to after various day trips. The animals are friendly.

We had a lovely comfortable stay at the Fish'more cottage. Inger and Claes were very welcoming and friendly. The cottage is private, set away from the main house in amongst the orange trees. It has been very well planned out and beautifully renovated. One of the highlights was feeding the pigs.

I booked this accommodation for my colleagues, and it was perfect for their needs while working away from home. The communication with the hosts was excellent and made the booking process and any adjustments extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely book again in the future.

We had an excellent stay at Moonshine Cottage! Claes is a friendly and interesting character, we enjoyed chatting with him. The setting is peaceful and rather charming in the middle of an organic orchard. Feeding the pigs was a fun highlight! The WiFi connection was fast and stable for some work meetings. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, Claes, for a memorable experience!

Beautiful piece of paradise that wolf gang has created, perfect for the kiddies and luxurious for mum & dad 😊 He has done an amazing job with his place. Highly recommend for a holiday or a get away, we will definitely be back.
