This place was just perfect!! Beautifully furnished so simple but elegant ! Loved the area and the quiet and peaceful surroundings. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessities and more !!! The house looked just like the pictures.. Beds were very comfy and the kids just loved spending most their time in the pool 🥰 Definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area

We can’t wait to come back here. We were four couples, two young children. The house and facilities gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. It’s a great space with plenty to do.

We came up from Auckland for a wedding & the property was local to everything The property was great and both Rob & his wife were lovely. We barely seen them so we decided to go say hello down at their Phat House bar in haruru. We had a couple of nephews come and visit while we were up aswell . Catching up with whanau and coming back to relax there was lovely .

Beautiful home situated in a literal orchard surrounded by gardens, fruit trees and nature, inground pool for when you get hot lapping up the sun on the deck or on the adult sized swings! a small library of books to peruse at your leisure, an array of retro and classic toys board games and outdoor activities multiple places to chill out soak up the rays and the master has an awesome ensuite and theres even roaming super freindly chickens! would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get away from it all. We could not recommend Katharine’s place enough! It is one of the best airbnbs we have stayed at. We were absolutely stunned by the breathtaking views of Matauri Bay - that you can see from nearly every angle of the home. The home is beautifully furnished inside and out and has everything you need and more. The peace, quiet and privacy of the home make it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the ease of access to the beach and the well thought out features of the home such as the outdoor shower. Katharine was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

Incredible spot overlooking the ocean and Cavalli Islands. House is really well laid out for a mixed age group with one bedroom and lounge area seperate from main living. Plenty of parking and room for the boat, fishing was excellent! Great stay for a week.

Fantastic place. Very well placed for the beaches and only a short drive into Mangonui for restaurants. Very comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms. Highly recommended.

Serene & tranquil with a clear elevated view of the sea. You can watch the sunrise with a hot coffee from the deck. The spa was great. The house is huge and has spacious living and bedrooms. The family loved the place and wished we had booked for longer. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home just a short drive from central Kerikeri. The house is spotless, modern, and perfectly set up with everything you need. The views are stunning, and the space feels peaceful and private. The kitchen was a highlight - well equipped with everything you’d need to cook, plus a fantastic coffee machine with plenty of beans (a big bonus!). After a long hike in the area, the deep bath was the perfect way to unwind and ease sore muscles. The host was excellent - super responsive and helpful, especially when we had a question (in a panic when we arrived on a cold day) about the heat pump. Also appreciated the big TV with all the streaming apps ready to go. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave and would’ve loved to stay longer. Highly recommend this place if you're visiting Kerikeri!

Beautifully renovated home with gorgeous view. Just a few steps to the expansive beach. We stayed 2 weeks and didn't want to leave. Nicely appointed kitchen with everything you need. Jonette is an exceptional host. We cannot wait to return.

It's an awesome place with a spectacular view. The house is filled with amenities and all the items one will need for the stay. For us it felt like a home away from a home. A place well built and maintained. Throughly enjoyed it.

Excellent! Just book it you will not be disappointed. Clean, well supplied with starting essentials, you can really relax. Quality throughout. Brilliant communication and support on hand. I went during a storm and they even have a generator, if needed.
