The apartment of Lena was nice and clean. It was no different from the pictures and the description. It was very near the city center so you could walk to the shops and restaurants. Also the bus stations are nearby. Lena always replied fast and was very friendly in person :) So our stay was great and we can totally recommend it!

Igor was very helpful on arrival and at departure. The beds were very comfortable. The stand out features of the flat are windows on almost all sides, and a balcony with a lovely view of the sea. It does overlook a road and a car park, so sometimes it's a bit noisy, but that's absolutely worth it for the amazing views of the boats and the sea. We saw cruise ships, dolphins, and gorgeous sunsets and did lots of people watching from the balcony. We loved it!

The apartment is very well located in a nice old building and within walking distance of all the sights, shops and restaurants. Extremely spacious and comfortable: super kingsize bed, good effective aircon and pretty balcony. Absolutely spotless and equipped with everything you could need. Iva and Sasha could not have been more welcoming and helpful and their hospitality will definitely encourage us to return to Croatia! Many thanks.

Fabulous apartment, even better than the photos. Close to the beach of Plomin Luka where there is a nice beach bar, Copa Cabana. The view from the balcony/windows was amazing. Plomin Luka is a great combination of the green nature and the sea.

The apartment was lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail. Even the refrigerator was already filled with "delicacies". If you had forgotten something at home, you would find it in this apartment. If not, Zorica will get it right away. Very clean, almost new and modern, air conditioning, no noise from the landlord perceptible, immediate proximity to the beach, yet a lot of forest, a few meters further a nice beach restaurant, a wonderful small terrace for us alone for sunny breakfasts; simply everything you need to relax. Partygoers have a bit of a harder time here.

We loved everything about this beautiful apartment. Everything had been thought about. The views are incredible and the apartment was spotless. It’s 5 stars from us.

Our stay was super nice! My children, my wife and grandparents were visiting and we felt right at home. Very pleasant that we could start and enjoy our vacation like this. We liked the place very much and was as described. Elena and Marco were always very easy to reach and always tries to solve all concerns quickly. We would book the place again anytime. After every trip, it was a highlight when you came back, opened the gate and drove into the yard. Really recommended! In the village itself, there is not really anything to do, but from there you quickly go to very beautiful places.

What an amazing, relaxing place to stay with stunning views from the rooftop terrace. Andrea was a perfect host and flexible to fit in with our flight arrival time. What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Wonderful house and great host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and well worth the price. You have direct access to fresh herbs, homemade wine, rakia, jam, and eggs by the host. Perfect for a quiet time away from traffic noise and light pollution. Walking distance to several nice hiking locations. Would love to stay here again.

Modern and spotlessly clean apartment. Approx 12 min walk into the centre of Pula. Free parking space which is unusual for Croatia as most hotels charge €25 per day. Beds were not the most comfortable as mattresses were very hard. Please be aware of no lift within building and 6 flights of stairs.

Very warm welcome from Alba (mother) and Goran on the phone. They were also allowed to enter the accommodation earlier because the apartment was ready. We felt right at home. The pool is just amazing and the apartment spacious for 4 people . It is right next to the main house where Alba lives. We could have eaten outside the apartment at any time or at Goran/Alba on the property. The location is perfect for excursions and a supermarket , the bus stop and a few restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. The communication with Goran was perfect! We loved it so much that we reserved for next year. Looking forward to it! Warm greetings to everyone we got to know

We have traveled widely and seen the cities and the sites but we want to meet and get to know the real people and learn about their culture. Our 3 week stay in Floricici gave us this experience as we were welcomed by her entire family. Perfect location to explore Istria. We left with our hearts full!

The place has everything you need and more. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the location is quiet and just a 10-minute walk from the old city center. If you enjoy dining outdoors, there’s a table in front of the garden. We had no trouble parking or exiting with a wide car (Tesla Model Y).

Sanda is a wonderful host. Very accommodating and proactive. The place was also very nice, even if the kitchen is rather small, you will find everything you need. The location of the accommodation was also very good and thanks to the great tips from Sanda, we were able to do nice things. We are very happy to recommend the place!

Was simply lovely. Mall was just 2 min from the apartement and overall the location was very good!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!
