Villa Sunnyside Gartenhaus

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

When vacationing - then Mühle!

Die komplett eingerichtete FeWo mit Terrasse befindet sich auf unserem Dreiseitenhof . Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Wohnung / 40m2 . Die 2 Betten sind 1m breit und 2m lang , 1 Schlafsofa ist 2×2 m ist als 3.Bett sehr bequem. Wandern in den Weinbergen von Seußlitz , im Sommer im Naturbad Goltzscha relaxen und den nur 400 m entfernte Elberadweg nutzen machen Lust auf mehr . Parkplätze und 2 Fahrräder stehen kostenfrei bereit .Ihre eigenen Fahrräder sind auf unseren Hof sicher .

Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von Dresden, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Altstadt, Neustadt und der Elbe entfernt. Vodafone WiFi Hotspot buchbar (1 Woche 10€). TV ist nicht verfügbar, dafür schönes Bett und eine gemütliche Leseecke oder die Bar unten im Haus mit Livemusik (; Das Red Rooster hat Sitzplätze im Freien und öfters Livemusik und liegt im Hof der Wohnung. Es gibt es Bäckerei, Yoga Studios, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Dresden zu Fuß zu erkunden.

Location in quiet Tolkewitz with only a 10-minute walk to the Elbe. Bus and tram stop 3-minute walk. Tram 18 minutes without changing to the center. Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Bicycle racks and bicycle storage are available. Ample free parking. Community garden with sandpit and trampoline. Wonderful starting point for cycling trips, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk along the Elbe meadows, a stroll through the city and much more.

Small but nice!

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Die Ferienwohnung LOFT 2d ist ruhig gelegen in einem Hinterhof und bietet Platz für zwei Personen. Auf zwei Etagen und einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit Loungemöbeln lassen sich erholsame Stunden allein oder zu zweit verbringen. Möchten Sie entspannen, bietet die Ferienwohnung alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigen. Im Sommer bietet die Dachterrasse zum Sonnenbaden ein. There is a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a 140 bed. The bathroom with window has a bathtub, 80 liters of hot water and a shower curtain. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a ceramic stovetop with oven. It is equipped with pots and dishes. A dining table, couch and pantry are also available.

It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
