Voss House Apartment Free Space - Secluded Location

In short: secluded location, high-quality renovation, mountain views, quiet location, numerous hiking opportunities directly from the house, ski resort nearby. The house is located above St. Lorenzen in the Lesachtal, a mountaineering village in the middle of the Carnic Alps and Lienz Dolomites. Our old farmhouse, which was lovingly expanded and renovated in 2023, is located on the edge of the forest in a beautiful secluded location and is directly accessible by car. Due to the south-facing orientation, our guests enjoy sun from early to late.

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, inside a seventeenth-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with an equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with a fireplace and a large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with a shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Apartment Lilly Lienz

Apartment Lilly is a two-bedroom holiday apartment with kitchen and dining room. Guests also have use of a private outside area in the garden and free parking is included. The apartment is located in a quiet and sunny spot just 5 mins drive or 20 mins walk to the Lienz town centre and the Zettersfeld Ski lift. Families with children as well as couples will feel very much at home here. I'm happy to give holiday advice for any guests visiting in summer or winter.

Hiking trails start right outside the door, and the sauna provides relaxation after an active day. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

A little house in the infinite skies of Mont di Prat

From the large window of the Friland house, the gaze opens onto the Tagliamento and the Val d'Arzino, which in winter become even more essential and silent, between clear sunrises and sunsets with cold and intense colors. In the winter skies, with a little luck, you can see the flight of royal owls and griffons from the nearby Lake Cornino Nature Reserve. Here the silence surrounds every moment, inviting you to slow down and regain your natural rhythm.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a nice breakfast, and the brand new private sauna in pine wood.
