Great place to stay for a relaxing weekend in the Hudson valley. Was extremely close to plenty of restaurants and things to see. I would definitely stay here again if I was coming back to the area.

Jack and Nicky’s property was amazing. Beautiful home with surrounding us from every angle. Definitely an amazing getaway for a nature lover as myself. Jack was very responsive with any questions we had. Very understanding and nice guy. I truly enjoyed starting on the property and hopefully one day soon I will be back

Spotlessly clean, well-equipped and conveniently located. Walkable to everything in town and a couple blocks from a free bus that takes you to the trailhead or the train station / ferry dock. Layout is funky with the bathroom on the first floor and the bedrooms upstairs, but no big deal. The host gave great instructions on how to operate the quirky front door lock and left helpful signs around the house. Air conditioning from the 2 minisplits (one upstairs and one downstairs) was super effective (the window unit ACs shown in the photos are no longer in place). The house is right up against a street that cars speed down, but with the bedrooms in the rear it's barely noticeable. Huge yard and sitting area that I didn't make enough use of. Be aware there is a short list of chores at check-out (typical stuff like stripping beds, taking out garbage and starting the dishwasher). Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Mahmoud was a wonderful host. Very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. His home and the views were spectacular, and the koi pond was beautiful. It’s a great location to stay while visiting West Point, as it’s a quick drive across the Bear Mountain Bridge. Our large group felt comfortable and welcomed. One of the bedroom descriptions could have been listed a little clearer because you need to pass through the master bedroom to get to it. Luckily our family was ok with that. We would stay again.

My family of 8 adults needed a place to stay near a wedding at Glynwood. This wonderful spot was minutes away from the farm and town. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone the privacy desired while the well equipped kitchen and living rooms had plenty of space for gathering. The house and land are beautiful, including the trail. Paula was easy to communicate with and my whole family felt comfortable and happy with the spot. Highly recommend!

We can’t say enough good things about Tatiana’s place! We have stayed in several air bnb’s in Beacon over the years and this is by far the best! Perfect location, immaculately clean, and beautifully renovated. We attended a weekend full of wedding festivities at The Round House and the walkability was beyond perfect. 100% recommend. We will definitely try to book again next time we’re in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

After using Airbnb for years now no other place was a perfect 10. The lake house was simply great. Not only the physical status but the follow up and generosity of the hosts where beyond. We didn’t want to leave.

Rosemary and Ed were warm hosts. They had great advice on where to join hiking trails surrounding their property. The space is welcoming, clean and as described. Rosemary kindly offered us some fresh veg from their garden! Would 100% recommend.

Overall Great experience close to Main Street, and easy walk from the train. Erin was flexible about check-in times, and was very responsive.

My husband and I had a great stay at Andrea’s place. It’s well located, quiet, and well decorated. Andrea was very communicative, kind, and thoughtful. Her check-in instructions were also very clear and she made herself available for us to ask for any recommendations, if we desired. Highly recommend!

Great spot! Very clean and lovely light. The railroad tracks into town were so fun to walk and having the water right there was so lovely and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay! FYI - Apple maps directed us to a building just past his place for some reason but thankfully Graham has photos of the building in the check in process that helped us realize the map’s mistake :)

Easy access to local towns but private and secure. Exactly as described…no surprises! We would stay again when visiting.

Lovely stay in the peaceful town of Cold Spring. Location is great. Apartment was a bit cold, but that’s to be expected and the provided space heaters worked well. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

We had a great stay at Mike's place! We were only in town one night and needed a last minute reservation. We also needed an early check in, which Mike accommodated! It was close to where we needed to be and right nearby a park where we could walk our dog around. Thanks again for helping to meet all our needs!

The list of rules on the place before visiting felt overwhelming and chances of remembering all was almost 0 but having the notes on the doors, floors and the handbook made it easy and made more sense. Had a great time no hiccups at all.

Dan’s place is cozy, comfortable and just minutes away from Mt. Beacon in one direction and ten minutes away from Main Street in the other direction. The kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials, though there are so many delicious restaurants nearby- the best of both worlds! The bed was extremely comfortable and the jetted bathtub was a huge bonus. I genuinely relaxed there, which is a rarity for me. Thanks so much, Dan!

Will was pleasant, easy to reach for quick fixes and very communicative! He answered any questions we had and was incredibly helpful with locating the apartment as the map location was a little off. The apartment was beautiful, well decorated and clean! We stayed for 16 days and had little to no issues. I am confident anyone else would find this place to be worth the price!

We didn't realize when it said 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom it was actually 2 apartments side by side. It made it very nice to have a little bit of extra space since we went with family. If it was a single family with children it might be a little more difficult. We enjoyed having one apartment and my mother-in-law and sister-in-law had their own. The host was very easy to contact and messaged back right away. We had one small issue and it was fixed immediately. We really enjoyed our stay.
