You have access to the 8-hectare wooded park surrounding the property and its pond.

Charming accommodation located in the city center, close to "Laval Historique" and close to bars/restaurants, supermarket (Place de la Trémoille). You can do anything on foot. The apartment has a large bedroom with workspace (desk), large dressing room and bathroom. An equipped kitchen, gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. An espresso machine (pods included), toaster, kettle are at your disposal. A sofa bed is available in the living room.

Courtyard to park your car. Possibility to store bikes downstairs from the apartment.

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Nice cottage in Laval "cabin spirit"

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Friendly studio.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor, completely refurbished, will make you fall in love. As we can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140 x 190 bed with good quality bedding. We have optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

La Cabane du Bon Chemin and its Spa, an unusual place

Olivier and Denis invite you to stay in their tree house. Located at the end of our flower garden, easily accessible by a staircase brushing the maple trees, the Cabane du Bon Chemin, heated and insulated, offers a space of 26 m2 for your comfort, with TV and free Wi-Fi, including a cozy sleeping area: 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 retractable bed (90 x 190).
