Ce studio sympathique et moderne au 1er étage , refait entièrement à neuf, vous fera craquer . Comme on peut dire "petit mais mignon" , en effet c'est un studio d'une seule pièce aménagé d'un lit de 140x 190 avec une literie de bonne qualité. Nous avons optimisé au maximum l'espace. La Salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés. Il est situé à 50 m d'une boulangerie , dans le centre ville de Chateau-Gontier. Possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue gratuitement.

Charming accommodation located in the very center, close to "Laval Historique " and close to bars/restaurants, superette (Place de la Trémoille). You can do anything on foot. The apartment has a large bedroom with workspace (office), large dressing room and bathroom. An equipped kitchen, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine. An espresso machine (pods included), toaster, kettle are at your disposal. A sofa bed is available in the living room.

Located in an enclosed garden, the accommodation is independent of the owners' home. It's small: 14 m2. Despite the proximity to the city center, the place is quiet. For short stays the cottage is perfect. The layout is simple, functional and warm. Only one person is accepted at this listing. Our guest must wear slippers. Following unpleasant experiences, a cleaning fee (€25) will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away. Laval train station – city center: cozy apartment

You will be welcome in my apartment, We live right next door. I decorated and arranged it with great pleasure. I hope you feel good about it. I wanted to make it welcoming, bright and comfortable. It has two disadvantages: access is via a narrow spiral staircase so it's not always easy with big suitcases. Despite the insulation it can be hot in summer because it is under the eaves.

Studio near train station, city center

Studio located 10 min walk from the train station and the city center, in a private property with independent entrance. You can take advantage of the proximity to the Mayenne and the towpath. The studio includes: a double bed in 160 of good quality, an equipped kitchen (combined microwave refrigerator induction stove), bathroom with toilet, WiFi and 80 cm TV.

La Cabane du Bon Chemin and its Spa, an unusual place

Olivier and Denis invite you to stay in their tree house. Located at the bottom of our flower garden, easily accessible by a staircase brushing against the maples, the Cabane du Bon Chemin, heated and insulated, offers a 26m2 space for your comfort, with TV and free Wi-Fi, including a cozy sleeping area: 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 foldaway bed (90x190).

Our studio (with private entrance and private parking) is spacious and located on the first floor of our house. It is close to the city center, close to shops, the castle, halls... You will appreciate our accommodation for its calm, brightness and French pool that is at your disposal. Our place is great for couples and all guests.
