Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. In winter, you can reach five ski areas and countless opportunities for ski tours in about 20 minutes. Cross-country skiers have the trail right behind the house.

(Driving permit must be obtained.) From the hamlet of Val it is about 45-minute walk away. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The Maiensäss can be rented weekly. Individual requests are also possible.
