Apartment in a quiet two-family house on the outskirts of town

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

MyPlaceBerge 1 bedroom good public transport and highway

MyPlaceBerge is a cozy ground floor apartment in the south of Hamm. The apartment was completed in April 2021 and is completely newly furnished. The highway is just a 5-minute drive away. Shopping, a restaurant and fast food are within walking distance. Within walking distance is the Freibad Süd, a forest with a fitness trail and dirt roads that invite you to run and hike. In addition to the Maxi Park and the glass elephant, there is much more to discover in Hamm.

Small apartment

We wish all guests a relaxed arrival in our small and quiet apartment in the basement of our house. From here it is almost a stone's throw to the city center of Hamm or to the Higher Regional Court, the main train station or Alleecenter. Parking is available right in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. By bus you are in approx. 7 minutes to the city center. On foot, you can walk 20-30 minutes through the renatured Lippeauen.

It is very quiet and cozy here with lots of nature around it. Free parking is right outside the door. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment consists of a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom, a small living room and a bathroom. The flat has its own entrance. Towels and bed linen are provided.

In the living area you will find a desk for working and a sideboard with TV. Of course, Wi-Fi is free.
