In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

It has a large and a small bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. Ideal for individuals, couples and families with 1-2 children. The 4 bikes and the grill can be used free of charge. Tram stops, supermarkets and restaurants are easily accessible. The house is not just a vacation home. There are also private things of ours available.

The farm is about 8 km from the eastern outskirts of Dresden and 15 km from Saxon Switzerland. It is uninhabited and is located in the middle of the Saxon village of Dürrröhrsdorf-Dittersbach on Hauptstrasse 10.
