On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

Just 20 km from the cultural metropolis of Dresden, you can enjoy pure nature. Take advantage of our large farm garden to relax in the countryside - in summer by the pool or in winter in the garden sauna. Children are very welcome - a private playground & sandbox awaits them. It is possible to charge electric cars.
