Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Radetići

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The house is very spacious and offers really enough space for several people. The place is manageable (but everything is there for daily needs) and therefore there is also the possibility to get into conversation with locals. A car is a must on site. A pool would be the icing on the cake, but then you would miss the many beautiful bays. The host has thought everything through well and responds or writes proactively. Thanks for the wonderful time!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

A beautiful villa in an amazing environment. Everything was super clean and the host was very kind!

We were a family of four with two children in this house. We didn't miss anything. The accommodation was not only beautifully furnished, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage was in his garden was no problem at all. We had absolute privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've been to so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15 month old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and can also be had for a short or extended chat. We can only recommend it and if we are in the area again we will stop by again:-)

Tanja’s place in Pula was perfect for our three night stay. Each night and morning we were able to walk into old town and get amazing food, it’s also 10 minutes from some of the best sights! The view from the balcony is so pretty and the space itself is cozy. We loved this apartment and would happily stay with Tanja again. She was communicative and kind the whole time!

We loved staying in Blue Rhapsody! It was so spacious and calm. It's a really relaxing space to be in and is a great location! Maja was also really helpful and Welcoming. We would definitely stay there again!

Kakov is a superb host (co-host), professional and kind in communication. The apartment is exactly as described on the Airbnb platform. It was perfectly prepared for the new guest: clean and equipped with everything listed in the description. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, in a quiet area, with a magnificent view of Kvarner. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with super-fast internet, which is great in a case you need to handle something work-related. It was great staying here! The host was very hospitable, flexible check-in times, very good contact, and we were allowed to stay in the property until the evening. The crystal clear water in the pool, the neighborhood is quiet and green, and it all made the trip exceptionally successful. We are very satisfied and will definitely go back to Croatia!

We enjoyed our time at Marino's accommodation. We especially liked the pool. It is located in a quiet, secluded location and is very well maintained. Even in the small apartment, there was everything you needed. Marino and his whole family are also very warm and made us feel welcome. We can 100% recommend Marino's accommodation!

A fantastic view and very nice hosts. We had our little daughter with us and she also felt very comfortable in the small room. You need everything you need is on site. Lidl is nearby, everything else can only be reached by car, but very quickly. We were at the promenade in 10 minutes and visited the nearby beaches. The food is a dream everywhere and in our eyes cheap for the fish and the quality. Pool for adults as well as for children is simply top and has a pleasant temperature. We also had very nice night shifts with us at the same time in two other rooms. Motorcyclists drive by at night, you have to keep that in mind, and dogs bark a lot. Nevertheless, we slept great, because the windows insulate all noises super well. Air conditioning is also there, but we did not need it, it was pleasantly cool at night in early June. During the day, the construction site can be heard, which must also be considered. Thank you for the great time, it was wonderful!

Nice apartment, good location

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

The best thing about this studio: the location!!!! close to everything, supermarket, bakery, small market, beach... with access via stairs. Very nice terrace, even if a little noisy.

Words of praise for the hosts! Simona and Daniel kindly welcomed and hosted us. The apartment is neat and spacious with a shared terrace for drinking coffee and socializing. Quiet location, 10 min by car from Rovinj. Private parking; nice and rich breakfast in the tavern. Thank you for your hospitality and I'm sure we'll see you again! :))

We really liked the apartment. Location is absolutely perfect. The house is only separated from the sea by the beach promenade and the port and the center of Fazana are within a few minutes' walk.

First, if you visit Croatia, visit Pula. Second, if you visit Pula, you must stay with Suzanne and Dalibor. The apt is perfect for a couple. Right in the city center, lots to do, restaurants, bars, things to do. Also, you have the perfect hosts, they were so welcoming and helpful, made our stay memorable. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderfully beautiful apartment, plenty of privacy, very fully furnished. Very much enjoyed the Jacuzzi and furthermore provided with all comforts e.g. dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning etc. Spacious apartment/penthouse, parking in parking garage, quick responding host. In short, GREAT!

Pretty, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea view and barbecue. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
