Modern Riverside Home | 2 min walk to train stn

Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Elsau liegt an der Stadtgrenze zu Winterthur. Ländlich und doch in Stadtnähe. Besuche Winterthur mit seinen Cafés, Museen, dem Technorama oder den Musikfestivals! Zürich ist mit dem Zug und Auto in 30min zu erreichen. Ebenso aber der Rheinfall oder die Grenze zu Deutschland und Österreich. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang sowie einen Parkplatz, ist nahe der Bus- oder Zughaltestelle. Im Sommer kann der hauseigene Pool nach Absprache mitbenutzt werden. The small cozy part of the house is available to guests alone and is not used by us personally. The guesthouse is located about 1 km from the train station in Rikon. The accommodation is located in the nature in the beautiful Tösstal which invites you to relax and hike. The Tösstal has various hiking routes. In Rikon there is a public swimming pool, various restaurants and a village shop. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, glasses and cutlery.

This apartment is on the 1st floor, idyllically located (850 m above sea level). Enjoy our foresight over the mist. Ideal for hiking in the beautiful Tösstal or simply relaxing walks in the surrounding area. Access to the apartment by stairs (no elevator). It is over 300 years old house. Therefore, the apartment only has a ceiling height of about 190 cm. Easily accessible by bus or car.

Apart from very nice hosts, the place is great! Very nicely located, close to the highway and still quiet, free parking for our vehicle, all what we need in place. One of few all-in locations that fits us beautifully! I fully recommend for short or longer stays.

Pa and Sadik were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. My nephew felt right at home, thanks to their warm hospitality. The room and the house were spotless, creating a perfect environment for him to study and relax. Everything was just as described, and I truly appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. I was very happy with the accomodation. I spent 1 month there. The property is in a very nice neighbourhood. Grocery stores like Migros and coop are 100metres. Train station is 400ms away. Airport is in the vicinity.The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for long stay. Hosts are very kind and helpful. All in all a great place for short or long stays.
