In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. The sunny vacation home has a living room, kitchen with dining area, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay at this special accommodation. Right on the Havel, you are surrounded by waterfowl and water lilies. Relaxing tranquility and a jump from the houseboat directly into the water. On the lower terrace, you can eat, chill, and read. The upper terrace invites you to sunbathe and watch the sunset. It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

Newly renovated farmhouse in the middle of the most beautiful nature with direct views of the lake and the landscape conservation area. From the kitchen table, you have the opportunity to watch cranes, sea eagles, deer and other birds through the large window. On clear nights, you can watch the brightest starry skies in all of Germany from the terrace. In addition, the property is located just 250 meters from the nearest swimming area.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
